My eyes have started straining and burning when I watch TV. I am in a panic. I have rosacea so am wondering if this is ocular rosacea. I saw my eye specialist who just told me my eyes were dry and prescribed lubricant eye drops. Feel so alone. But your videos are so appreciated
This was a very helpful video. I've had great improvement in blepheritis and flashes and floaters after 5 years of taking fermented cod liver oil with high vitamin butter oil. The idea was to increase fat soluble vitamins. Now I add several drops of micelized vitamin A and some liquid Vitamin D+K to the same spoon. This same routine is also good for general health.

My question is how soon can I use a wrinkles machine around my eye and face, and how soon can I use eye make up and creams thank you for your videosooki g forward to your answer. Since the Surgery I see lots of black floaters I. Front of my vision, plots of themits really scary,will this get better over time
This is just the home remedy/daily routine side of it. You may need in office procedures as well like IPL, heat+expression or lid exfoliation for blepharitis.
4 years before I was diagnosed dry eye syndrome I use so many drops but use less than one of my friend advise me to apply raw honey before bed.i am using it since August 22 and now I am 100 percent ok and Happy 😊😁🌹

I use a medical transition and anti reflective lens. Will that help to protect my eyes from computer light or do I need to buy a blue light lens for use while at work. I work all day in front of the computer
It can be done morning or night, usually after the warm compress and before tears. I have a daily routine for blepharitis coming out ans I included hypochlorous in that video

Doing all that and still not getting relief ☹️, currently I am using gel every two hours to make the day barely tolerable

It’s ongoing. But there will be ebb and flow and it can be adapted for better or worse times.
