Another banger, sir. WAR is my main in PvE and PvP and it really is the most beginner friendly! It’s insane thinking about how much CC it has while also having such great set up ability and party defense.
Found your guides a few weeks back when I was looking for some pvp info on monk, was then surprised to see you in my party as warrior from this video! Small world ^^ But great guides! Really like the clean presentation! Warrior is def the most fun tank imo and probably the cause of 90% of my own deaths haha 🤣
@@salamanderYT Yeah! Didn't realise you were on Light dc till I saw you in game! Nice to see some more people on EU making FF14 videos tbh! And I was the monk in the party, Kai Laine ^^
Thanks very much. I am currently working on the White mage advanced guide but I shall add Bard and Dancer to the next voting poll, will have a advanced guide for every class.
Im wondering about your thoughts on „best” job for solo queue, and maybe your thoughts on good synergy duo comp. By best i mean not super high skill ceiling, and able to carry game if needed (to not be on mercy of your party)
The best Job I will say Dragoon holds that title, very easy to play, huge burst damage, decent movement, self healing, single headedly the most pure damage based ultimate. For synergy almost any job combos well with Dark knights, they pull targets in you combo off that play. Gun breakers are amazing with large aoe damage classes the ultimate followed with, Dragoons, Summoners, Dancers, and Warriors. Reapers harder to learn but amazing to setup fights for your friends and team thanks to hysteria and the regen you can grant the party. The Machinist is extremely fun to combo with someone, Guard piercing Drill and a very long range sniper while backing someone up, very rarely the target escapes. Best I have found for that hard carry potential have been Dragoon, Samurai, White Mage, Warrior, Dancer, and Dark Knight.
When you don't have your ult you either want to play slower and let another job like a Dark knight go in first, follow team plays or wait for a decent group, that way you can use onslaught to close the gap and increase there damage taken, I would then follow with orogeny that way you lower the damage off all around you, follow with your blood whetting for that 10 seconds of healing, then do chaotic cyclone with primal rend right after for the self sustain and stun, start retreating and as you do snag a target with your blota to pull them away from there group, that way you have given yourself a better chance to survive and retreat while also setting up 1 final kill.
When I start ff14 again I think ima main warrior, but only for like pvp and solo stuff. I'll probably main something like samurai for group content, I'm not comfortable tanking in games :P
Indeed I know his plan the moment he ran across I just don't get the kill credit, sadly the player who lands the final blow before he dies to fall damage does
i found your guide thinking i was gonna get 26 minutes of in depth tips so i book marked it until i could actually sit down to focus on it but it actually is over by the 8 minute mark. what's with the 18 minutes of fluff?
The Guide part is 8 minutes because I compacted everything players need to know for the roll, I have played the jobs long enough to learn and know what info players should not without rambling on and over whelming them, and there's no fluff, I show the roll in action in every single guide, a lot off people would like to see that job in action to see its potential.
That is the Construct Mount there is 2 variants, the grey one is from 100 Onshal Hakair wins and this one the red one is Faux leaves and you can pick one up from the market board
@@salamanderYT thanks, I just unlocked the modes and was wondering do I just leave my pve level 80 gear on? Or do I have to buy and save for the twelve gear in wolf den vendor?
@@xvii7718 Gear used to matter in PVP years back currently you can wear anything you like it plays no impact anymore, the only things impacted now is Jobs depending on the class you might have more or less HP and different resistances inside of Frontline, If your new to PVP a good thing to know is you can switch classes inside off Frontline as much as you like but the job you signed to the duty with is what will gain exp, great way to passively level other jobs while enjoying PVP

Love your videos! I have learned quite a lot from them. Could you make a bard or dancer pvp guide?

new warrior here, what combo is most effective without an ult ready? thanks for the guide it’s helped me a lot so far

Ultimate/LB there the same thing this is just back when I was playing a lot of Overwatch and Destiny 2 that's why Ultimate was also my default to
