I’m 56 and am in the best shape I’ve ever been (let’s not look at crepey skin though! 😂) I started intermittent fasting 2 years ago, eat lots of protein, mainly plant based but not all the time, and NEVER eat food that has an ingredient label on it. Yes, I drink wine and eat biscuits but only in my eating window and I don’t over do it. I look and feel fab. ❤
Wow, wow, wow! I feel ready to go on this Monday after that workout! I had to stop 2 times and I couldn’t do burpees, so I improvised. I guess I just keep moving until I can nail a full workout!

I chose this workout at random for my Monday morning random and wow did it make me move! By the last set I was feeling it and missed the last few crunches but really enjoyed the variation of exercises, the music and the variation from the different instructors...I'll be back for more soon 😊thanks! 🎉
