    I was absolutely working out too much! I work out smarter now and less hours a week and feel so much better. And I never intended to lose weight because Ive never worried about weight but Idid lose 10 pounds from less workouts. I’m less inflamed and more comfortable … excellent workout! Thanks.

    *got back from vacation and am sick but still managed to get through this one! took a little longer than usual but ready to get back into the swing of things! 356 active calories burned and 467 total calories burned and counting!*

    Thank you so much for another incredible workout! This had me sweating!
    Your words of wisdom have helped me so much over the last 3 years.. I’m 56 and am in the best shape I’ve ever been (let’s not look at crepey skin though! 😂)
    I started intermittent fasting 2 years ago, eat lots of protein, mainly plant based but not all the time, and NEVER eat food that has an ingredient label on it. Yes, I drink wine and eat biscuits but only in my eating window and I don’t over do it. I look and feel fab. ❤

    Wow, wow, wow! I feel ready to go on this Monday after that workout! I had to stop 2 times and I couldn’t do burpees, so I improvised. I guess I just keep moving until I can nail a full workout!

    That was great and really sweaty. I switched out the exercises with shoulder work as I have to be cautious, i am finally pain free!

    I chose this workout at random for my Monday morning random and wow did it make me move! By the last set I was feeling it and missed the last few crunches but really enjoyed the variation of exercises, the music and the variation from the different instructors...I'll be back for more soon 😊thanks! 🎉
