I was a little worried about the 1-minute sets, but with the 30-second rest in between, it was doable! 👍I went a little lighter on some of the exercises because of the longer intervals, but on the 2nd set I bumped it up. What a burn! 🔥I liked that it was mostly lower-body focused, but had a little upper body thrown in, as well. I loved that finisher at the end so much that I did it again for another round! 💪🔥 Thank you for a great workout, Michelle! ❤
I believe this is the hardest workout of yours. 60 seconds for each move was very challenging. I did need longer breaks on some of the moves. Thank you again for challenging us to do more. 💪
So good!!!!! I’m happy you don’t include calories because everyone burns a different amount. That being said when your ❤ rate was 139 mine was 135 so it made me feel like I was going heavy enough!!!
That was a great workout! Really enjoyed pushing myself to use those heavier weights! Can’t believe I did it! Thanks for your positive words and motivation! Still shaking! Great job team!😅❤
This was one of the best strength and endurance workouts. I thought the lunges would get me, but it was the chest and tricep combo that completely burned my upper body
