    *i didnt really feel like working out today and was worried about how long this workout would take me but it actually flew by with the longer rest periods and strength focused movements! 354 active calories burned and 456 total calories burned and counting! thanks for the metabolism booster!!!!*

    I was a little worried about the 1-minute sets, but with the 30-second rest in between, it was doable! 👍I went a little lighter on some of the exercises because of the longer intervals, but on the 2nd set I bumped it up. What a burn! 🔥I liked that it was mostly lower-body focused, but had a little upper body thrown in, as well.
    I loved that finisher at the end so much that I did it again for another round! 💪🔥

    I believe this is the hardest workout of yours. 60 seconds for each move was very challenging. I did need longer breaks on some of the moves. Thank you again for challenging us to do more. 💪

    So good!!!!! I’m happy you don’t include calories because everyone burns a different amount. That being said when your ❤ rate was 139 mine was 135 so it made me feel like I was going heavy enough!!!

    Do you take the L-Carnitine prior to all your workouts or mainly before strength training? Also, I was shocked as to how much I felt that one!

    This was one of the best strength and endurance workouts. I thought the lunges would get me, but it was the chest and tricep combo that completely burned my upper body
