I’m an orange lover too. Idk what it is but high vis colors are cool on knives to me.
Just ordered the catcherman, super excited to try it out. Will be my first lc200n knife. Thinking that for my own knives I make it could be a good stainless to use. Easy to polish and all that.

These serrations especially are nice because the crests aren’t needle sharp. When they are they catch easier. These cut perfectly
