We do ESL and help native speakers that never learned to read. All of our teachers are volunteers and i will tell you .that most of them had never taught before. They have a heart and just share that with their students and it goes so well!! I stressed for months before I took this job and thought what if I am not good enough and wont say the right things and they wont actually learn anything from me. Biggest tip is getting comfortable in front of your camera. Have your camera slightly facing down, too. It gives a better perspective. And get used to looking at the camera lense, to communicate better with your audience. You’ll also want to make sure your audio sounds clear. Lastly try to have an interesting background.
