I just followed this, and wow. It was great ❤. I know I'm going to feel this tomorrow. I studied tribal fusion belly dance for years and have slowed down a lot since I've become a mother. This was great for someone who hasn't practiced in a long time, and I'm thinking about taking classes again. I'm super excited to see more ❤

Commit to a consistent belly dance workout schedule to strengthen your muscles and have fun learning to dance! Be patient with yourself as some movements will come easier than others. I am here in Israel, in a middle of a war that started on 7/10/2023.
These 40 minutes were escapism from the hard days we are facing right now.
Moving the body with Arab traditional dancing culture this a big issue for me to pass as an Israeli Jewish. Portia, you gave me the atmosphere not to give up. To know that times will be better and will allow me to keep dancing Arab dancing as I used to do for long time.

I’ve been enjoying your classes, especially the intermediate classes. I joined the trial membership today on your website, but I can’t figure out how to make it. Play on my smart TV. I have my phone connected with the USB cord to the smart TV but I don’t see the icon like at the top of the UA-cam video that allows me to connect TV the phone to the TV. I sent you an email about it. I hope there’s a solution because I’m excited to try the classes.

I love your energy and the other videos I watched from you, but this one is full of cuts and edits that keep interrupting the flow and don't allow for a smooth class. I will go to another one of your videos in the hopes it doesn't have that
I agree the editing on this one was nuts. I like brushed off the first three weird ones but after the 5th I had to turn it off.

I enjoyed this, but... So many ads. There was an ad evey 2 minutes or so. Having to stop dancing to hit the skip button just got to be too much. So I made it 35 minutes and gave up. 😏
