How I renovated this Detroit powder room into a FULL Bathroom!! ALONE

I've been converting this single family home into 2 short-term rentals.
Here is my conversion of a powder room to a FULL 3 piece washroom for a new rental unit in DETROIT. After having to fire the original crew for incompetence and later Break and Enter, I completed the bathroom and every aspect. The original size was 3.5 x 5, so I removed a second set of stairs to push the width to 6 feet by 5 feet.
