Hello, I have a problem when I set the wireless internet option, it appears that there is no USB device connected. How can I fix the problem. Can't connect to Wi-Fi, please help.

I have a Sony Bravia TV with model number of KDL-40EX520 and it seems that whenever I try to do the wireless setup, it kept saying that the Wireless USB is not found, insisting me that I should insert a compatible wireless device into the USB port of the TV and try again afterwards. I do not really get what this 'wireless device' is and would really want an answer to what it is. It would really help me if I get a response. Thanks! :)

I have the KDL-40R470B It has a settings option, and a wireless section, but only allows me to "turn wireless on". I am not prompted to configure the network (ie enter SID, or WAP password etc). The menu only has the choice of off or on and on doesn't make anything happen, no further options.

It didn't work.
I need to update the software and i got it from following link :

But THe TV didn't recognize the file.
