I need to give everyone a heads up. Recently bought a Sony Bravia 3. Sony replaced it 2 times. If you have Xfinity it’s your security setting. Xfinity new routers have something called wpa3 and wpa2 and that’s security for connected devices. Set it to wpa2 devices aren’t ready for wpa3. Once I changed it everything stayed connected. Now I can do everything I use to do. Asking google turn things on and everything stays connected.
Best thing to do is to buy a separate roku or streaming box & use that for your streaming needs (ie : UA-cam, Netflix, Pluto TV, Disney plus, gaming, etc..) The built in wi-fi in Sony TV's are flakey at best. They're faulty in ALL of the Sony TV's that I own (2020-2024 models) , including all of my neighbors recently bought Sony brand TV's. Sony's quality control obviously did not receive a memo, apparently. SMH !

This is why I decided to wire my entire house
wiring your house sure saves the hassle of dealing with spotty WiFi. How’d the setup go for you?
Yeah. Sure! Just updated my system and wifi drops everyday.
