- In this video I'm going to show you how I'm currently training legs whilst on lockdown. I know it's tough for many of you who don't have a homegym but hopefully this will serve to provide you with some ideas as to how you might want to train when you get back to the gym. This is one of the sessions I am doing whilst I am on a FAT LOSS diet.
In this session I do include a number of explanations and examples of how you might alter the session to suit you better. If you have any questions at all about squats, deadlifts, razor curls, front foot elevated split squats or calf raises please do drop them in the comment section below.
Take care and stay safe and if you want to follow me on Insta you can find me here: @davidcharleslancaster
How can we avoid knee pain during squats? David
It’s a tough question - most of the time if you have knee pain during squatting then you perhaps you have some form of dysfunction or movement pattern problem. Without seeing you move, it would be impossible to say why you have pain or how to avoid it. Your best bet would be to go see a strength coach or personal trainer and see if they can help you. Sorry that’s not very helpful.
I dont train leg anymore...because it's the fastest growing muscle in my body and it's genetically big... I train to make my body propotional ..but is it true that training leg help increasing muscle mass in all the body not only in legs? They say it increases testo levels ..I dont know
Rabih then you are very lucky! Leg growth is tough for most people so I’m jealous ha! But yes, arguably training legs has been shown to boost testosterone somewhat, but it’s not that black and white. I’d probably suggest you just train your upper body 1.5-2x as often as you train your legs if they are considerably bigger than your upper body.
@@DavidCLancaster good advice, thank u very much💪🙂
Rabih you’re very welcome.
