Hi Rachel....,I came to U.S as a visitor, then I watched your teacing A.ENGLISH in you tube ,wonderful teaching with wonderful trip of you,as you made my trip as wonderful and pleasurable.I bought your American English Pronunciation book, when I go back to my native land India, I will teach your reductions, linkings to my students.words are not enough to convey my gratitude for preparing such wonderful vedio lessons! thank you.......!
This is hard ... and the only thing I can think of that will speed up your ability to form sentences and speak easily is to practice speaking. You don't have to be speaking to someone. When I was studying German I did a lot of talking out loud to myself.
got bless you rachel, we love you so much

Rachel's English Thank you a lot. :)x
thanks a lot
@divacat80 I can only speak for myself, and yes, I think that would sound strange.
Done , I ready .
Rachel , you remind me when I visited America , my friends , took me a journey from , San Fransisco tot he los vague , then we were slept their , next day we were entered the Hally Wood , really it was fantastic journey . And instead why you do not put a stick in your car to pay them money , at the road .
great lesson, helpful and funny..! :D
@heartbeatbombom This is correct. Daily, informal english will use a "chew" sound to make the word "you" sound more comfortable. Formally, this is not accepted and would sound like "you" as you know it.
THANK YOU, BEAUTIFUL WOMAN ;)
thnx
You're welcome!
Rachel, good video! I liked it. I also study German:)
I am watching now that is why I am using present simple.
@zhijie1115 I would not release in any of those cases.
Oh we wanted to continue the trip with you Rach, can I call you Rach? :)

from djbouti you did an nice trip
I like video like this, shoot more )
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
It's just one of the ways we use language. It's not unheard of to use a gendered pronoun for an object -- like a car.
Hi Rachel,
You look so lovely at 2:13 :D
i do apreciate your work but, plz, during your lessons how us the ed endings(just to let you know, it was you who teaches me even to write this) thank you
Boa noite Rachel.
Para ficar melhor para as lições aproveite melhor o lugar, por exemplo no posto de gasolina fale sobre:
O preço da gasolina.
quantidade de combustível.
Como se paga e quanto.
pagamentos com cartões
localização do posto de gasolina
marca do posto
serviços do posto.
Um abraço.
🥰🥰
Nice video Rachel, is it incorrect to say: fill it up?
Hit the road Jack :-)
Do gave an English lessons too??
I have one question: Why in the sentence"Fill her up" you used the pronoun "her"? I'm from Brazil and I've never been abroad, I'd certainly use "Fill it up" making reference to the car (it).
Rachel, I am an advanced English student but I have a really hard time trying to speak english cause words don't come easily or automatically and i gotta stop to think about what i gon' talk and this thing is so boring for people who are listening and obviously for me. do u know something could help me with that out?
In our russian language we give a greeting: Hi, Hello, Good afternoon. In American English I often hear : How are you? How are you doing?
What answer is correct on these greetings?
I got it why people all over the world are mad at the United States 🇺🇸 is marvelous, magnificent breathtaking country!!!
In this lovely trip who is with you?
Some of my good friends!
哈哈

Where da urbanites?
160 $?? Wow toll fee is so expensive in U.S
Management courses $1.60. :)
what is the car on the video?
+Mateus Patzlaff Bittencourt Can't remember ... it was a rental!
+Rachel's English I think … it's ford focus. :)
hahahaha, you are ineffably sexy...
Rachel, I knew "fill it up", here you say "fill 'er up". I can guess the meanig, but is car a female noun?
***** No -- in English nouns don't have a gender like in other languages. However, sometimes we will do this for a much-loved car. 'Fill 'er up' is a pretty common phrase for gassing up a car. Here is a cartoon: www.studentnewsdaily.com/editorial-cartoon-for-students/fill-er-up-robertariail/
yup, you guys do that with pretty much any transportation media, such as planes, boats, big ships...you name it
Watch this: watch?v=A7hi-ipU2n0
Wait, waaaaait! You just paid $1.60 to fill up the tank????!!!!
