      +Rachel's English it is me who has to thank u. I wanna ask u a small question coz English is not my mother tongue . is there any different pronunciation in word (care) in these cases( I care) . ( take-care) and (careless and careful) I mean if one's sound is longer other.

    It was a choice I made back at the beginning, and it makes sense to me, but I do understand there will always be differences of opinion!

    It really depends on the character being played. They way I speak / how I teach is 'standard' - which is how many in Hollywood movies talk.

    @nicascia98 If you reduce THE to [ə], it will sound like A, that is how we reduce it. So, "He teaches the course" will sound like "He teaches a course". So, make sure you give it a TH sound: [ðə]

    @rexduranzelandony It does not have to do with region, but personal choice. It is definitely much more comment to pronounce it as you are used to hearing it, like the insect.

    @zhijie1115 AH! Good question. Because when the T comes between and R and a vowel, it can also be a flap T: Sort of, party, part of, etc.
