Thank you kindly! Most all of our other deck profiles are like that. I enjoy an interactive profile, sometimes it's nice to know "why this card" or "what would you change"
None of us got the chance to play him! The X-1 bracket was loaded this regional, all the best players were X-1 right up until the end. I also don't want to discredit his skill as a player but I hear he opened Shifter basically all day.
I know him personally. If this guy can win an event, it proves further you don't have to actually be good at the game anymore, you just have to have a pulse
@@stevieray6396 Anything and anyone can win at a regional! He mentioned he didn't play against Yubel all day which is his worst matchup and apparently, he opened Shifter a lot which is frequently enough to win if your deck opens playable. Could've been a perfect storm of drawing good hands, playing favorable matchups, opponent's bricking, and player skill when applicable. Regardless, I wouldn't discredit the player. If winning a regional is so easy, then go win one.
@@stevieray6396 I agree the deck is nowhere near meta, but it has the advantage of being a shifter deck that people don't really know how to play against so surprise factor and lack of knowledge can make it work. Not to mention the deck has a ton of internal consistency built in. Basically, every card = ankh. All he needs is to shifter you and then otk or eat HTs and then activate ankh to OTK
Pretty sure Golem only protects Ankh from being negated when it's a monster not a continous spell
So basically this guy cheated?
@@yires3790basically yeah. Unintentionally i assume.
Golem protects Ankh from being negated while on its treated as a monster
Nice questions from the camera man. More insight

@@TeamTopCutkeep it up! Great content.
@@TeamTopCut Yeah that was appreciated. Some people assume things are obvious when they aren't.
@@etfskullking28 Thank you, duelist!
Heart of the blue eyes also stays on the field after ank
This was the messiest layout of a deck I have ever seen 😂 but I love the deck. One of my favorites
It was a struggle trying to keep up with where he was putting his cards! But we got it done and we're grateful for the list for sure!
Honestly it wasnt too bad. Ive seen worse.
@@FireSwordOfMagic There's ones where people don't even face the cards towards the camera and it blows my mind
@@TeamTopCut yeah I dont get those people lol
I can’t believe yall let exodia win smh

Deck is not even that good anyways, even as a shifter deck , its objectively outclassed by Tenpai and probably even Ritual Beast
