It's because he exposed the league for turning a blind eye to cheating. He challenged the establishment
hopefully he's learned from any off the field stuff. that's the only stuff that kinda rubs me the wrong way about bauer. but then its also a lot of he said / she said so... yeah.

I remember hearing this from my coaches when I used to play. Two seam and changeup were my strike pitches, spiked-curve was chase pitch.

Tunneling is AMAZING to see by players who follow baseball because we are normally subjected to shitty camera angles that don't fully demonstrate the movement of pitches.
On top of that, it shows the mentality behind batting and pitching with tunneling.
It's both something that people that don't understand baseball, and people that love baseball can mutually love watching.
Mines a cutter and 4 seam as strike pitch and than a curve and change up for off speed
I actually started throwing a change i learned from Trevor Hoffman and it's actually very affective at disrupting the timing of hitters. the deep grip took some time to get a feel for, but the Trevor Hoffman changeup is a great pitch.

I throw two pit he's on a 18 u. My pitches are 4 seam and curve. I can control and place my curve balls that I don't need to much

My pitches are pretty simple sense im only a freshman its 2 seam / slider but my 12-6 curve is showing some potential, maybe a changeup/curve farthur down the line

At first it still would. But that was what made bonds so special from your average MLB slugger, his swing speed was incredibly fast and accurate. It give him the extra time needed to see the break to figure out what it would be between the 2 pitches and make a choice to swing from there. And thats not a steroid thing either, he had that supreme hitting skill long before he got gigantic.

Learn to throw a peerless knuckleball boys. It's a pure alchemy pitch. There is no pathway grip. You have to figure it out on your own. Figure out how to throw at least a 77mph pure knuckle and you'll be in the pros. 10000000000% gaureanteeeed!!!!

Don't listen to this video. Period. Trevor makes it all sound so easy but to have the kind of command that he's talking about of the strike zone with each pitch You throw is so hard that almost nobody can do it and if you can, you're pitching professionally and if you can do it as well as he describes it in this video. You're in the MLB so why would anybody in the MLB listen to this? No reason whatsoever. And if you're an amateur pitcher, there's no reason to listen to this because you don't have the command to do what he's telling you or the number of pitches amateur pictures are lucky if they have two pitches that they could throw for strikes now and then most of the time they're just throwing They don't know where it's going
So, I have a huge arsenal of pitches, I throw 12 pretty well, and two are experimental. My strike pitches are 4-seam, 2-seam, sinker, cutter, and circle change, while I also throw a curve, 12-6, sweeping curve, K-curve, slider, change up, splitter, and a modified knuckleball. I can also throw a slurve, but it's similar to the sweeper
This is all to make up for the fact that off a mound I'd be lucky to hit 90 😂

So in short, "pitch like Trevor". I don't know why I hadn't thought of that before. So elegant in it's simplicity. I took this gem to my son, suggesting "pitch like Trevor Baur".
It turns out he only throws 3 pitches (2 are fastballs) and his location on the offspeed stuff isn't consistent. I'm wondering , is it the way I delivered the message, the fact that he is 12 years old, or if he's a complete waste-of-space loser. Please advise, TB.
