  • A trailer for the 1999 Bicentennial Man film. I didn't feel the original trailer did any justice to the major themes or atmosphere of this amazing movie. Mine still doesn't do it justice but it's my best effort!
One of Robin Williams best films in my opinion.

This is what the advertising should've been. Nuff said.

This is a much more accurate advertisement than The original trailer or any of the TV ads I remember seeing when I was ten.

lol exactly. I was feeling nostalgic for the movie so I looked up the trailer and was like “um.. that is not what I remember about the movie at all”

I haven't seen the movie yet but your trailer adds so much more depth than the original trailer. Well done!

Wow, this is an excellent recut. I have not yet seen Bicentennial Man, possibly because the original trailer(s) make the film look super hokey and lame. This sells the film so much better IMO. The only complaint I have is that this trailer builds great momentum but the ending is kind of flat. Otherwise great job!

yeah I remember struggling to find a meaningful crescendo but I was fighting with the background music that was in the scenes I wanted to use. You can hear some even in this cut but it was best I could do at the time. I think there is AI tech now that could separate the tracks though, but definitely wasn’t available when I cut this lol. but thank you!

Really weird watching a recut trailer for bicentennial man at 3:30 am on a Monday night but this actually made me want to watch the movie more lmao, I probably would have anyways but I never liked 80s and 90s trailers, I always felt they made the movie look off or shitty in some way, this one is great though, could have easily fooled me that this was a professional recut

    Hi!
I was wondering if I could use part of your fan-made trailer for a video.
The credit will of course go to you,
