You can just say Dharma. Hindu dharma becomes limited to Hindustan. Whereas Dharma is Universal.

@Bhavesh Tochabbra Theres nothing wrong in saying hindu dharma when hindus are more like custodians of the eternal sanātan dharma today when the monotheists from all over the globe are hell bent on destroying it. Btw i am a Sanātani whose regional identity is hindu.
Guys, can someone please explain if Hindu Dharma is so great, then why does it have casteism? Hindu Dharma and being spiritual is two different things right? What is the take of spiritual beings on casteism? (Sorry, please dont get me wrong. I truly want to understand these things)
When swamiji said "Id like to keep them personal" it reminded me of One of Osho's saying in which he said spiritual experiences are like diamonds you dont go around showing them off or talk about it, partly because they're precious and partly its very hard to put it in words because its not something our brain already knows.
Don’t compare you don’t know who is mukundanand and who is his guru
This verse is applicable for Osho.
SB 6.7.14: Leaders who have fallen into ignorance and who mislead people by directing them to the path of destruction are, in effect, boarding a stone boat, and so too are those who blindly follow them. A stone boat would be unable to float and would sink in the water with its passengers. Similarly, those who mislead people go to hell, and their followers go with them.

The Symptoms of Kaliyuga is described herein. Completely applicable for Osho.
Śrimad-Bhagavatam 12.2.4:
liṅgaṁ evāśrama-khyātāv
anyonyāpatti-kāraṇam
avṛttyā nyāya-daurbalyaṁ
pāṇḍitye cāpalaṁ vacaḥ
Translation: (As Kaliyuga will progress)
"A person's spiritual position will be ascertained merely according to external symbols, and on that same basis people will change from one spiritual order to the next. A person's propriety will be seriously questioned if he does not earn a good living. *And one who is very clever at juggling words will be considered a learned scholar."*

I earlier got demotivated on the question that i haven't seen any light, sounds etc. but got extremely happy to know what counts is detachment and attachment to god. Just today morning was having this feeling of longing and seperation and to calm my mind i was seeing such videos. Truly i have got a true guru i.e. Swami Mukundananda only and he has really made me truly detached from the world, i am like sanyasi at home, blessed to have you in my life Swamiji 🙏🙏

Swamiji explains it so well...spiritual experiences are heightened perceptions but one should not lose the sight of the bottom Iine which is willingly able to 'detach' from it all after getting the clarity within yourself. 🙂🙏😇
This is a very good question. Something that does not get talk about in Spiritual growth. I have had terrible and tragic emotional loss that have deeply beaten me up in life and still struggle to rise about it.

@@akashanil4629 call it sanatan dharma not Hinduism. Hindu is not a name given to us by us, but by iranian(Persia) people. Because we were living next to indus river(Indu nadi). We are Santani. It's the politicians who took advantage of it. Santan dharma is the eternal dharma. Dharma is not religion, but the rightful duty.

Challenging, For a few years now, feel I've faced a lot of rejection from various people...to where I used to be very well received. I do wonder if it's a result of being much further into the spiritual path.
Yoga is not Spirituality it is a part of preparation ..
Spirituality nothings to do with experience, experiences are part of Maya ... Maya is the Only things which take test when tried to fight against it ..... When you understand that Maya belongs to THE TRUTH and admitted that then Maya allow you to go to THE TRUTH ..
All need is kick the EGO and take Deep dive into Vedas, Upanishads, The Geeta then journey towards THE TRUTH will become more visual 😊

Some people says that the mystical experiences thar happens during meditation are temporary hallucinatons of the mind and not real. So lam confused.
According to me it sharpens your mind and body in a physical state. Then after it you gain knowledge from books and discourses. Actually we don't have a lot of research in this field. One I am aware of is that brains of advanced meditators show a lot of gamma activity in the brain. I personally had the ajna chakra vibration after that what I have realised is that my mood is really in my control. According to me it may be the pituitary gland vibrating which sets off secretion pf serotonin and stuff. That's why it has to do with my mood.
