Good review. Personally I prefer Inside Job (with the smell you are correct). I also use it on the door rubber trim. It cleans, protects and as a bonus it has silicone in it so the doors do not stick when cold. 🇨🇦👍👍
I used to use both of those. I hated the scent of the meguiars one. The Turtlewax one is really nice though. It just leaves more of a dressing look than I like these days. I’ve switched to ADS Pilot. It’s amazing, and leaves no slickness or change the look at all (but does leave ‘protection’. I keep inside job around though. I’ll use it on some trim I need to darken or it’s great on rubber trims too.
What a great video and love your honesty! I too am going to try rinseless wash on the interior and see how that goes. Just bought some el cheapo own label products here in the U.K. to see if I can the difference between the mega bucks products and the el cheapo products or is it all marketing😁😁
Lastly Pan The Organizer did an interview with Turtle Wax head chemist: Mike Schmidt. In depth discussion on the entire HYBRID LINE released in 2021. Inside Job is part of that HYBRID LINE. Fascinating an affordable products which can be found in big box stores
Hey Gus, happy to see you behind the camera today!! Fantastic video. If I can add one thing for me, I find those 2 brands have unappealing bottles, shapes, label are boring or too busy and the provided sprayer is generic and usually cheap. Just my 2 cents guys! cheers man.
I'm a big fan of Inside Job for weekly maintainence cleans. I use a dedicated cleaner and seperate conditioner/protectant for deep cleans every couple months. I would not have thought to use it on glass. Any problems with fogging or hazing due to weather/humidity changes on interior glass? Do you think it would be safe on info-tainment screen? Thanks for the video!
Thank you! I haven’t experienced any issues with fogging the windows. Having said that it’s not my normal practice to use this product for windows cleaning though. It does seem to work. On infotainment it may streak so you will need to buff off with a glass towel
The Inside Job contains Graphene components to keep dust buildup down. That product intentionally wats to leave a matte but darker finish. And absolutely UV protection . Ever see cracks in one’s dashboard or side panels on the interior?
Turtle Wax Interior Mist Detailer versus Turtle Wax Inside Job. Both are part of the Hybrid Line but one is a detailer and the other is a cleaner addressing tougher dirt/stains. Both offer UV protection. Detailers to cover maintenance clean. Your thoughts?
IMO inside job should be classified as an interior detailer rather than an interior cleaner, since it has all the features any other detailer offers. Not sure if it’s a marketing thing from turtle wax but their mist detailer should not exist. Inside job is a great product for a very good price point. Definitely my top choice when we compare interior detailers.
If you have time go back try to look not the history of this family ran company: Turtle Wax. Been developing and manufacturing car care products for over 75 years. They create and make everything in house. Yes they’ve always had their own chemist and research and development departments. Maybe I’m biased because I’ve lived 50 years in Chicago 👍
Nice video on trying to save $ on a detail. The 2 products that you used are probably the best they have for interiors. You forgot Chemical Guy’s, they probably have 8 or 9 different interior detailers on Wal Mart shelves, hah! Do you have a favourite interior detailer? I think I would choose Gyeon interior detailer as a must have.
Thanks! lol I tried all chemical guys products, they sell their inner clean for $20 CAD at Walmart. Definitely not worth that. My favourite interior detailer to date has to be Adam’s interior detailer with Microban, just because of the legit antibacterial properties.
@@DetailProjects I agree, Adams w/ microban is an awesome product. I always have it on hand, another one that I use is Turtle Wax dash & glass. Another bargain product. Keep it up, I’m always watching out for your videos.👍.

Thanks for checking in Frank much appreciated! I figured this format is a bit more engaging so I’m trying something new!
@@DetailProjects yes totally and you're excellent man, keep it up!

I like Meg's supreme shine. I love that shiny sh!t. It's smells great too. Cost is about $6-7

No surfactants in these interior cleaners with protection so no suds👀
