I haven't made this delicious soup in a year! Eggplant soup!
Recipe and ingredients:
Chop 300 grams of meat.
Fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
Finely chop the celery stick and simmer for 5 minutes.
Chop 3 potatoes.
Pour in 2 liters of hot water and cook for 15 minutes.
Chop the onion and sauté over medium heat.
Cut carrots.
Skim off foam.
Cut the sweet pepper into cubes.
Chop 1/2 eggplant.
Chop the tomato and 4 cloves of garlic.
Add salt, sugar, suneli hops and rosemary and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes.
Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
let cook for another 10 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley and add it when everything is ready.
