Omg Ian. That’s got me in stitches tonight. Love the recipe and it looks delicious but omg reminds me so much of my dad in law when he used to make similar with lamb mince. And he put them on skewers. They were lovingly known as grandads 💩 on a stick 😂😂😂. Well done Ian. Absolutely brilliant ❤
