That coil is called Lenk Winkel sensor. English Angle Sensor for steering wheel. And yea very expensive when that part breaks. No less than 500 bucks.

The torx screw for the wheel is 60 Nm when reusing. New 90 Nm.

Always disconnect the negative terminal on the battery when working with electrical and airbags. You don’t have to deal with the fuse

You lose the heated wheel option because that is a special heat tape that is wrapped under the outer covering of the stock wheel. With CF or wood you lose that ability. I like it and I have the CF dash panel (which you will love, I promise). I have the 6-speed, so what about the rev match paddles? It is unclear on that. Thanks for the look at this option - and huge congrats on the 200k mark!

When you re-wrapped the ribbon cable, how did you do that? Or did you have to replace the clock spring all together? My ribbon cables came out while replacing wheel so Im trying to figure out how it goes back together.

I knew that was a camaro from the inside for two reasons: one, the GPS screen is straight up and down. That's kind of Chevrolet's thing. Two: the circular vents and where they are put. Three: I just know what the inside of a camaro looks like....
