I have one where the red light flashes 3 times when the charger is plugged in, then nothing... Could this be a similar fault? The battery is showing a very low voltage on a multimeter too. Cheers!
Mine is green and when I do the bypass method where you put the wire in the black and does blue red and then it goes to red but the charger's green after a while
I left my m365 unuse over a year n now not charging. I open the case, and there is no red or blue led. But upon plugin charger, it flashed red 4 times. Check BMS voltage output is 18.40v, but the battery before BMS is 36v. What can be wrong? Is the BMS board faulty after unuse for too long ? Update: problem fixed by replacing the BMS board. Blinking blue again n able to turn on.

Because you using solid tires... then why the joint battery are disconected.

When I plug in the charger the battery red light blinks 3 times then nothing else. I have no blinking blue light the charger light remains green
