I just stumbled upon your video and identified with so much of it. I’ve taken 2 extended breaks from social work and booked a flight to another county to escape. When I’m stressed, I feel hopeless and withdrawn, also irritable. Im working on a permanent exit now, mental health first.

thank you for sharing this I actually feel the same a lot where I will be just out of emotion and unable to empathize with my clients sometimes
And it’s a process that once you recognise that feeling/emotion you can begin to make active steps to address!
