Guys, in karate they use feet rather than shins. Kicks with the shins seem to be much more effective but kicking with your foot doesn't cause any injury, it makes the chance of injury bigger but as long as the guy watches out everything should be alright. Let him cook.
great hand movement throughout. If your goal is to thro a Muay Thai style kick, turn the hips and that lead foot to generate much more power. be sure to stay on the balls of your feet, so as to have less friction when turning the foot. best wishes!
Don't follow this "guide" if you don't want to damage your foot. You need to use your shin and not foot ankles. Every kickboxing/muay thai coach will tell you that.
Bro i got one big question it would really help me out. So ive been training round house kicks with a heavy bag which i filled in with sand bags to give the bag more weight and keep everything compact , but the bag seems to be like cement. I train alone at home and havent used another heavy bag before so i really dont know how much cushioning should be there.
Probably should have filled with some form of cloth to start as sand compacts and it will be tough as fuck it won't soften down maybe re fill then we your shins bit more conditioned the go to sand
That would be the perfect bag to practice technique on. It’s perfectly set up
better left kick?
kick the bag over, and over, and over, and over.
beautiful kicks my man 💪🔥
thanks for the video
Kick with your shin brother, all good 🙌
He knows what he's doing.... He's got 100 subs 🤣
@@zpoxy that doesnt matter

@@lukazagi9183 it doesn't matter you should always kick with your shin no matter the sport.
@@KOVACHOTuntill a mf checks it😂😂🥴🥴
That video title, I thought why is he kicking in front of the subway haha.
i think the high kick is quite telegraphed because you do a step everytime

Dude hit with your shin
Awaiting broken foot
The foot is used in Karate. I use my foot to execute this kick. Will get to the shin soon.
let me guess... you train muay thai😂😂
we ONLY USE SHIN
@@roryking1one said he train muaythai and already get tge red belt😂😂
@@roryking1 shin is objectivly better unless you are out of range, and its not a strictly muay thai thing.

Hahaha it is like cement. But softer, in a week it will feel like clothes
@@aaronstainer7245 thanks
Just start slowly, slowly increase the power as your shins start building up. Soon the hard cement will feel softer.
❤❤❤
dont flick your kick you need to push your kick
shouldn't you hit with your shin and not your foot?
bags dont hit back
Slap kicks, worth nothing.
he hitting with his foot not his shin lol.
Good work 👏
O famoso k doido
Stop dropping your hand when you kick. You are exposed. A bag is not a person people hit you
What? You know that you generate the power by swinging the arm and that's how the big majority of fighters do it.
Lmao keyboard warrior at its natural habitat 😂
i assume this is not muay thai
Ya because they are not standingon their toes for the kick and they don’t pivot enough
@@djamillakhdar-hamina3824 I was going to comment on same matter, but you guys answered for me
Osu, kick with the lower shin and pivot the foot more so your hips can make kick stronger.
No its Judo
Yes you are right this is not muay thai
