@@debeier I've only seen one twice,drooling both times.French cars were extremely rare here in "Murrica.My first car was my mom's handed down Peugeot 505,though.I swear that car had a soul.It was before I was born,but Haile Selassie(king of Ethiopia) had a gorgeous SM.I think it was black with black leather.

These rims called "Michelin Résine Renforcée" were special equipment and are super rare. The originals from the 70s are made of carbon fiber and synthetic resin. They are also available as a replica in aluminum.

was never made in carbon fiber because in the 70' was this EXTREMLY expansive: they are made in fiber glass + epoxy resin. The original RR rims are moslty scrapped because internal corrosion from the steel insert, Michelin did made RR's up to end 90', but now the only awailable RR's are copies in aluminium alloy, first made by Regembeau, but exists now with 17' diameter to allow the use of modern Michelin pilot sport tires who cost much less than original Michelin 205/70VR15 XWX who are hand made in small number in a historic tires factory from Michelin
