Good idea , If I did this I would have covered one pool noodle and laid it across the top of the headboard to finish it off better , just an idea not a complaint xxx

@ Gracious Gifts, @Tammy Faulkner, something came to mind, to share with you both. Service to others is meant to be a blessing to the giver, too...it takes our minds off ourselves.
If you're wives &/or moms, you know about service. But so can daughters, for parents, etc. & for n'bors. Pls check out Dr Neil Nedley's short video intrvws on UA-cam. He discusses 'Depression, the way out'. His large book has become like a PDR for many mental health practitioners, others. He speaks of the "hits" that can bring on Depression or exacerbate it. And teaches about our brain chemicals, etc. Enlightening ❤️

The first one I would keep the foam black as is with a gold or silver ribbon around. Or maybe a beach blue 💙
Thanks for the idea of the bed noodles. I can do something like that for the back of a chair and maybe even as a window darkening blind.
Nice idea and I know neutral is the fad but I think they would have been really pretty in a different color.

The only thing I'd do in addition would be to bring the color into the inside of the bolster because you can see the black color from the inside of the glass.

I think these are all dollar tree pool noodles. Lot of different places sell them.

I know she said she found these on Amazon, and didn’t seem like she was actually looking for pool noodles. 🤷🏻♀️
But, going back and listening to that part of the video again, (at 0:08) she actually says she was looking for a “bolster for pool noodles…”, (I’m not sure what *that* is either!), 🤔😂 and what she ended up using here was actually a substitute called an, “Epoxy Pen holder”!

I love the vase project but I’ve seen the pool noodle headboard too many times. I will be making the vase candleholder though.

Both same size make three with different each one tall medium and shorter if possible had some flowers and ribbons for added taste.Find vases in same design but different in height.

This looks stupid. If it's not a headboard and a sideboard instead....makes it just look stupid! It's like a padded wall for like a padded room. Why do u people waste our time making videos not tested prior posting it cuz ur plan did not work and the end project is a joke! I'm tired of looking at Hometalk videos on my Google feed to end up bein a waste of my time,but luckily now I skim thru them. U should too & not waste people time till u done & edit out all ur unneeded mistakes & extra. Even common sense says spray adhesive will not hold pool noodles or most heavier items. Seriously reconsider these things before posting on Hometalk!

The headboard was so poorly executed. The edges were all cuckoo crazy. How can sloppy work be considered glamorous? The candle holders look like what they were. Maybe more coats of paint would have helped. You've got a lot of subscribers for content like this.
