Hai sir, y r u adding all the wall loads? Only one wall on a single beam at a time! I think we have to assign those 3types of walls separately.

In ur design...in column design. It shows in ground level it consists 4 nos of bar of 16 mm dia. But in top it having 12 nos of bar of 16mm dia....is it possible to provide...more no of bar in top than bottom.

Why do you always model such simple structures ? Symmetrical structure, no complicated loading conditions, we can get this type of structural analysis on different channels. People are not going to work on such simple structures where columns are equally spaced with same size , beams having same size, no load other than dead and live,
