Just a little warning though: My heart soared for George watching this original video, but it absolutely plummeted watching edited one. I misunderstood the science of how the glasses work and was sad he wasn't seeing new colors the way I thought he was, but I learned *a lot* through that vid about how both colorblindness and the corrective glasses work.
So all in all, still an absolute win for George, but a bit heartbreaking to learn that the glasses aren't a magic cure-all.
For anyone that's wondering. These glasses do not magically cure color blindness. All they do is make the colors more easy to distinguish. But they are not actually seeing any new colors, or the colors that they were previously unable to see.
7:37 interestingly, since the color blindness genes are on the X chromosome, it generally affects men much more than women since men only have a single X so if it’s broken there’s no backup. Women are generally only colorblind if they inherit the broken gene from BOTH parents. Otherwise they just carry the broken gene but it doesn’t affect them. But sometimes the women carriers of the broken gene end up with super vision since they have the three normally tuned color receptors plus the broken one, essentially giving them four different color receptors instead of the three that most people have. So strangely the same gene that causes lack of color vision in men can give extra color vision in women.

Expert describe those glass as: they dont show more color, it just push the contrast… so what they see, is accentuate… do everything is more vibrante

That was a great video, In the first challenge, I was not expecting that it was going to be a little bit harder for George, because some of the numbers in his screen in the first challenge he can't identify what they are because he's color blind. It's very easy for me to identify what numbers are in his screen and it didn't take to much longer. But it was actually heartwarming though and I really love it.

Speaking of GeorgeNotFound He recently made a video called “Minecraft Speedrunner Spy VS Hunter” it’s pretty much another episodeof Minecraft Manhunt I recommend you watch it.
Personally, I got a soft deutan, so it's hard for me to tell the differences between brown and red, and brown and dark green ^^
If you want to see another heartwarming colorblind video. The one by Doodle date is very lovely. It a channel with an artist couple and the boyfriend is colour blind. His reaction to the glasses is very sweet.

2:15 I SEE LITERALLY NOTHING, and I’m not even colorblind huh 👀
I have colorblindness too and what you said about the bedwars team. I used to main bedwars in hypixel you dont want to know how many times I was like yellow team and went to green right after I got emeralds and died and lost because of it. it really sucks. Colorblindness is very hard to explain when you haven't seen what normal people see. also enchanted armor and sword sucks. because you dont know if they have enchanted iron or diamond that's why I have to use a resource pack sometimes that makes diamond SUPER purple. also enchantments change color a bit and adds a tint of purple I'm guessing that's why it's hard to tell iron from diamond since diamond is already purple and it added a tiny amount of purple which purple is hard to see making it the same as a tiny bit of purple on to iron. So it's almost impossible to tell the difference especially while combat. Sadly no matter how good the glasses are we color blind people will never be able to see normally because even the glasses aren't perfect. They help a ton but it's no where near having normal vision.

My dad is color blind… he cant see red , purple, and green and blue are similar… yellow and green also look the same….and various « neon » variation dont exist… he say that when we describe color as vibrante, we say… like « waw the maple tree as fall as to vibrantly red/orange »… well to him, it s just as boring as usual… that a little sad lol… he cant be an artist…
That video is 1 year old.. maybe react to newer stuff in my opinion... Anyway I really enjoyed your reaction
