17 is so wild. a really slept on character imo as well. so many good tools and yet not at all broken. but still can seem broken in good hands tbh ive faced some ridiculous 17s. that barrier and the rekka mixup plus his aerial movement really make him a threat when used right. if i was better at the game or 17 he'd prob replace a member of my main team tbh

Ive mained 17 since I started on dbfz, he is crazy fun, aspecially now that he has air rekkas. You can really condition your opponents with his rekkas and then you hit em with the mmmmmmix ups by manually changing the order of the lows and overheads
