    Ingredients :
    • 200 g creamy or crunchy peanut butter
    • 113 g butter(1 stick) , unsalted / how to make brown butter : in the vdo 🫶🏽
    • 100 g sourdough discard
    • 100 g brown sugar
    • 50 g granulated sugar
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 180 g all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 100-150 g roasted peanuts / unsalted (optional)

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine brown butter and both sugars. Mix until combined.
    3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and sourdough discard, mixing until well combined.
    4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
    5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Fold in peanut butter and chopped peanuts if desired.
    6. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
    7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
