I purchased the book,i want to say to everyone ,please buy it! You will not regret it,it keeps my focus on point, everything is very simply explained! By far the best book about project managment! Looking foward taking courses and classes with Dima.
New to your channel. Engaging with real examples. Thank you. Some words are Greek to me still as I am a total newbee. User story, Epic, Kanban.... Still watching.
Hi, thanks for your videos. Your content is really helpful especially for those who are starting their careers. I want to share one important suggestion. Please don't use the Summary field of a Jira ticket for writing the entire user story statement "As a... I want... so that...". I spotted this around the 9th minute of the video. This field's only purpose is to put a title for user story, which has to be much more concise. There are very valid reasons for this and I can outline them, if you want. Putting the entire user story statement int he Summary field is considered a bad practice by many.
Thanks for the you insights! Yes, I agree. I don't do it in the real world as well. I tried to focus on the "writing and formating" aspects of a title. I'm sure a team can quickly get to the same conclusion.
Great video Dmitriy , as discussed the practical examples 💻 are the real deal even for seasoned PMs, because software project management is always unique despite all similarities... Great job 👏👏👏

Welcome aboard! Don't worry. It's a normal process. The more you immerse into a topic the faster you'll learn basic terminology.
