I know Jeff isn't going to see this but please write a second edition of your book!

Super annoying how the presenter interrupts and change the conversation flow instead of complementing and highlight. Jeff knows the topic very well to manage time constraints, no need of this show

Magic !! High recommended 🥇🥇I am an unabashed fan of Jeff (Patton) .. and of Miro. I have Jeff's book in my collection and is never too far away. I have watched several of his videos (he is a great artists too by the way). Yet I found this 1/2 hour to be GOLD. A reaffirmation of plenty amidst a rich collection of clarifications and distinctions. And current viz as of October 2023!! By concentrating on those "5 common mistakes" the session said so much about what USM is, what it is not and of how it fits withing the span of the user experience, creating and designing user envisioned products (via collaboration) and of the engineering/build side including the backlog/task management activities that typically goes with that. The rock smashing and VACATION photo metaphors especially effective in explaining and bedding in key concepts. Thank you Jeff, thank you Shipra, thank you Miro 😊😊😊
