I love the sneaky series! Thanks Blackie!
Glad you like them!
These tips will help keep me safe when I'm off in the woods so I'm paying close attention and will be using them. Thanks Blackie.
You bet
My grandfather who served in the special forces in borneo during WW2 told me they'd sabotage roads using that wire technique against scouts on motorcycles, pretty brutal. Anyhow. Thanks for correctly explaining how to not hurt someone.
thanks for watching
Sneaky takes on a new life when Blackie explains it. Great video!
Yes! Thank you!
Great ideas. For noise they sell what they call jingle bells . Depending on the size you can get 50 or more for $6 online. Might find them at a craft store. You can get regular small bells like the jingle bob spurs. These are the noise makers stores use to have on their front door so they new when someone entered the store. You can reuse them or if you lost them, you aren't out a lot of money. One we used in the old days was the pull string fire cracker. It had two strings on each side to hook your lines to. We have even used several in one line. I need to go to a firewrks store this summer to see if they have them They weren't really considered fireworks when I was a kid, just a popper.
good idea
pop or beer cans full of rocks work just as good for that and don't cost squat! and finding those pull crackers? i don't think they're ,ade anymore i ain't seen them in decades!
They still sell those types of string poppers you're talking about. I'd wager just about any fireworks supply store stocks them, and you may even be able to find them at some toy stores, etc. Not too many years ago I know they were still being sold in places like some Dollar Stores or smaller franchise type places.
Gotcha, I don't want to hurt anybody now either, but if its on, its another ball game. Thx for the vid Blackie
safe journeys
Yes, yes, accurate phrasing is so important.
Yeah thanks a lot Blackie I wouldn't want that catfish hurting my finger if I didn't rig it up the right way have a good weekend

Hi Blackie. Greeting from Australia 🇦🇺. Thankyou for your time to make these videos available .thankyou
You are very welcome
These are valuable techniques for securing your camp. It's a matter of safety. Quite correct about not wanting to rig anything for the sole purpose of "dissuading" anyone. Most (or maybe even all) of the States have criminal laws against that. I.E. decades ago in the swankier parts of New Orleans, Baton Rouge etc people built brick walls 6-8' tall around their homes. The very last thing was to spread an inch or so of the mortar on top of the wall, and take a few dozen empty glass jars or bottles & stand them up in the layer of mortar, and let it dry. A couple days later, they'd take a steel rod and break off the upper part of the glass bottles, jars... someone climbing the wall grabs hold of the top of the wall, and their hands are sliced to ribbons. In 1967 this happened and the owner got two years...
i know people from new orleans and they have talked about that
Great info again Blackie!
thank you
Great information
glad you liked it

Greetings from Grand Mesa Colorado

You lay a Strawberry Shortcake on the trail I’d be caught
lol
Ooooookkkkkkkk… I’ll just leave it at that and I need a book
thanks for watching
Cool tutorial . Like a domino has potential energy stored in it whilst standing up
Yes it does!
Good afternoon from Syracuse NY brother
Hello there!
Good evening my friend just got home from church brother
The Master.
lol i am just a old redneck from L.A. ( lower alabama)
I would have never used this in my life, but with such a great presentation I'm so tempted to make these all over the place and use crackerjack prizes for the bait, hehe :D
But in all seriousness, awesome video, thumbs up!
thanks for watching
The only drawback is how observant your opposition is - will they notice a wallet? Half these fools wouldnt see it if you jumped up and waved it under their nose!! Then again, a trip wire rigged to a friction-pull firecracker WOULD be a heck of a surprise...
correct so you must adapt the prize to be seen and be of some value
I like that easy trigger. Talk about multi purpose man.
many many uses and so easy to set up with little time and resources
I remember when I was a kid, we had a couple of wooded areas around the neighborhood, you entered at your own peril, because the woods were full of booby traps. insane people all over the place.
such things can make an area too dangerous to go into
I am trying to understand what purpose of doing this would be?
Would cheap thread work better for this since it would snap when grabbed or would the tension it is under be to much and cause the booby trap/signal to randomly trigger itself?
yep too thin to easy to break
👍✝️🙏❤️
thanks
Could it be used in a solid 1 line as a Small game trap with a bait. For Say hanging a squirrel.
that could work
But if it was one of those S. H .T. F . Time's . LoL well you know.
adapt and over come
It's a trap.
lol always listen to the fish faced admiral
Awesome video !! Nicely done on demonstrating the surprise in action.. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🪓🔪👍👍
Thanks 👍
if the trails right just use a big branch set in a way they can't step over it and they'll have to move to get by instead of a prize!
correct pick you spot and use as much of the natural surroundings as you can
