Love the room… I was thinking a music element would be nice… maybe a vintage radio or phonograph or a record player with a few albums for the lounge vibe.
Or it could be the same green with a little of white to make it lighter and applied with a dry brush and just a little paint, to enhance the details and give some relief.
I love the couch and would have preferred the paint to a couple shades lighter, especially in a room short on light. Love the chairs but would have switched their placement so the rattan has more light. The other chair is light and doesn’t need as much reflection. 🎉
You MaCenna fans are honestly the rudest and most inconsiderate people ever. Bet you don't mention Drew on her channel. I think you're only here to promote her channel and nothing more. Get a life🙄
Those fox heads are everything! They make that window :) I love the color of the room and the couch, the lamp on the left is stunning, and I too add my vote to keep the upholstered chairs together!
It’s cozy and looks like a nice room to disappear in, when you just can’t do people. Or a nice intimate room for two people. I just don’t like the rattan chair at all. 100% would use the matching armchairs.
The silhouette peeking through the archway is straight fire tho. I agree that the front view is a bit underwhelming, but the overall view through the entrance is way too picturesque to replace it.
Beautiful... Keep the matching chairs. Get rid of the dark one in there. Get a lower side table for that fabulous lamp and one that does not look like Wayfair. Otherwise perfection
It's so surreal. It looks like the set of a movie set in a magical world - like the cool principal's waiting room or something. Not just because of the snow-cloudy-flower thing in the vase, but the combination of all the furniture together. And oh that lamp! Love it, Drew! I am so inspired!
I was instantly sold on the artwork when I saw it. The color of the wall, the color of the couch, the texture of the couch, and the art itself play the most beautiful symphony ever. ❤❤❤
Sometimes, you just need to experience a space for a while to decide how it should be used. Good decision. The room is now warm, rich and inviting. I could happily curl up on that lounge with a good book and a drink. Great for entertaining friends too. I hope you’ll enjoy the space more in its new iteration.
To me, it's a perfect reading nook. I could imagine opening the ftench patio doors when it's raining outside. One more stool and the matching chair instead of the black one ....
I, too would love to see the 2 chairs together…but, I am a lover of pairs 😎. Great job, Drew! Also, I vote for the Fox Den that someone else mentioned. 🤍
I'd call it The Nap Room. I can imagine trying to read a book there and just dozing off looking at some plants on the big balcony. It would be dreamy. So cozy.
Fabulous makeover Drew! No shame. It’s your house to do with as you please! Stay true to yourself, I will enjoy watching the various transformations of your home. The wall color looks gorgeous with the sofa and the foxes are very special. You are very creative 💜
My favorite part was - giving the room a new life. We grow and change with time, so should our living spaces. You did real well with this one. I love it.
Fox faces are stunning. I agree with others, rub & buff copper would look amazing. Keep the white/wood chairs together. Get a music element in there and name it FOX DEN, like others have also mentioned. Oh, and the paint color with that sofa…. Chef’s kiss!❤
I always think each piece you add is NOT my style but then you show the final room and I am so enamored I can't stop thinking about the space. Your entire house is so warm and cozy and just gorgeous. I am blown away by the lone fox windows. So clever
I'm loving your picture choice for this room. It has the right amount of air and breath and life in it. The colors work so well with your color choices. You continue to grow as a designer young man!
The fox is made with a resin 3D printer. It hardens liquid resin into solids so the results are very detailed and smooth. It is different from the filament 3D printers, which has that linear pattern/texture.
The color of the sofa next to the wall color is gorgeous! The foxes and wood accent pieces you added to the window ~ perfection! And you totally picked the right art piece. Beautiful!
I really like the multiple stool idea for a coffee table. It's a small space and a typical coffee table would overwhelm it. I have the same issue in my living room.
I think a little electric fire place would be nice. Add a bar cart. It has almost a pub feel. Thank you for being so appreciative of your viewers. Your sponsors are always spot on and useful. Your videos are so well done and thoughtful. Your enthusiasm for your home is so charming. You’ve really created a beautiful space. We enjoy seeing Justin too.
Even the masters change how they use the spaces in their homes. There’s no shame in that! Plus we have this incredible archive of all your beautiful work. You are so talented, Drew!🥰✨
Oh my gosh, I can’t even say enough about how much I love the choices you made for The Lone Fox Lounge! But let me try! The chair you had redone is GORGEOUS! The curve of the arms?!?!!! I’m so happy with your pick of the over the couch painting. It was WAY my favorite and looks like it was made for this space. And the wooden stools for moveable side tables? GENIUS! I love it all. Thank you for sharing it!
❤ Favorite items in the room are the beams on the ceiling and built in book shelves! You NEVER fail to amaze me with your ideas and style. Thanks for all the inspo Drew!❤
It is beautiful and that chair you had reupholstered is stunning. If I had a pair it would be hard to get rid of one. They would be beautiful as end chairs at a dining room table.
Love the lone fox lounge, especially the foxes in your windows. Even if I don't agree with everything, there is no bad makeover. You always do such great work.
I love the smoke bush; it is so beautiful. All items are wonderful Drew-you are so fabulous, I have been watching you for many years and just love your content, thank you so much for deciding to share your life and loves.
Love the Black one looks comfy, but I also would love seeing both of those reupholstered finds in that room. Now Is the black one capable of going outdoors, or is it not for outdoor usage at all ?? I'm curious as the deck is right outside the frnch doors .would look great with a black fur rug seat cushion and pillows as Ross sells faux fur at reasonable prices and that chair is perfect for that look on its cushions or any other animal skin faux of course. Just my opinion, but those types of chairs are so comfy usually . The other one is also visually appealing and made, so extremely well, It's great and looks good in a smoking lounge 👌 as that's one lovely chair as well...very sculptural woodwork.
The video screenshot is what got me. Don’t even need to watch the whole thing to know that this might be my favorite makeover. Also, that color is DIVINE. ❤
Love the teal & chestnut colors together & that armchair is stunning, so curvy & fluid. I have learned to live in a new place for about a year so the house can tell you what it wants to be. That room did NOT want to be your office, for sure, but now it is just right!
I'd crawl up on your sofa with my head toward the balcony and have a nice long SNOOZE. Nice room for listening to music and napping just getting away from any busy-ness going on in the house. I love it. I love the couch, the green walls and the smoke bush.
That place would've looked AMAZING as a library. Like a dark and moody library, high up to the ceiling and with a ladder. And then that pretty chair and the stools as a reading nook
I thought the same thing about the art outside of the room right before you said it! 😂 Entering the room, your eye flows from the feminine art into your moody masculine space for a big hug! Love it!

With the holidays just around the corner, it's great to have another space for people to gather. I'm all for beautiful spaces that actually function for your life. 💛 the 🦊
I love that you use color on your walls. I just painted my bedroom a color called Clay which is kind of a brown/ red color. I wasn't sure when I picked it but it gives the room a cosy warm feel. Green is the accent color I use for other things so it is like a flip of your room. I just love it.
Dear Drew, Lone Fox Lounge ... Oh my word !!! Yes, love the drama of the colors. BUT, most of all ... Love the window treatments. Pure genius. Bravo👏👏👏 Hugs💞
I hope you love it ( for now, at least) which is the most important thing, but I really favored the olive green color. That was so beautiful but that’s me and I don’t live there so I am so happy that it makes you happy! It’s always fun to see you create, or recreate, a new space. Absolutely love the fox decals and the art you chose over the couch is stunning!!
Loving this Drew. Dual use stools as floating coffee tables/extra seating is great. Those foxes are SO cute and you came up with a genius way to use them on the windows. It's a lovely welcoming, homey space for connecting with friends. No TV. Yay!
I've noticed that many of your paintings are either in not great condition (like the decomposing one) or very yellowed due to non-UV protective materials used back then. I highly recommend sending some to someone name Baumgartner restorations who is here on youtube, he restores paintings to make them also last longer for the future and restores the paintings to how they used to look like how the artist envisioned.
Drew you have such an eye for collecting pieces with character, and then knowing how to curate them together. The effect is so unique and textural and special ✨
I love little flips like this because I don't have any money to do proper renovations but I love a quick refresh with a lick of paint and a restyle with stuff I already have and feel like I have a new home!
I loved the way your office looked, so I was a bit sad you had dismatled it, until I watched you do the reset. As always, your vision and final product is mind blowing. Beautiful.
Well, when you completed your lounge, actually, what popped into my mind as soon as you were built, it was, “🦊The Foxy Cantina”. I love the color you painted the walls. I really like the color before, but for the vibe I think you’re going for the darker color is gorgeous. But if I have to choose just one thing that I loved most in the room, it would have to be what you did with the windows .
I’d be in there every morning with my coffee and a book 😊 I have the same colours in my front room. Same colour sofa, dark rich wood and dark green accents. Love it! Looks rich, warm and cozy x
Please keep your pair of gorgeous chairs together? It would be such a shame to sell one….although I’d love to have them both! Please tell me where you purchased your new window foxes? They bring a regal charm to your windows and your room.
Beautiful makeover! My favorite elements are the new wall color, the white chair and the little Lone Fox faces on the window! If I were you, I wouldn´t split the pair of chairs. The one displayed here is beautiful, and I can imagine both in a room!
Stunning makeover! I would call it the FOX DEN
I was just thinking the same name.
Yes
In my world den stands for downstairs entertainment nook.
Great name! ❤
Yes, love it!
Love the room… I was thinking a music element would be nice… maybe a vintage radio or phonograph or a record player with a few albums for the lounge vibe.
Ohh yes i love this! I will brainstorm :)
And what about a library corner ! Or just some book shelves.. though your living room also has something similar
Target has a beautiful vintage looking Bluetooth radio that would look perfect in the space!
100% record players are also so much fun to hang around with your friends
Drew, you should dry brush some copper color paint over the fox head so it stands out. They are so cute!
Ohhh so smart!! Love this
Came here to say, maybe use some rub n buff on the foxes so they'll show up more...great minds!
I just came to say this, copper rub n buff to bring out the details 💚
Or it could be the same green with a little of white to make it lighter and applied with a dry brush and just a little paint, to enhance the details and give some relief.

Beautiful! I would absolutely NOT split up those chairs!!!!
Ha...
I agree! I would get rid of the "wicker" chair.
Keep that pair of chairs together!
I agree! They are absolutely gorgeous and look like they belong in the "Fox Den".
Agree
100%! The room would look better with both of them.
You will kick yourself someday if you break up the pair!
@@ianglenn1454agree! I don’t think the rattan chair goes well in the room. Keep the pair together!!
I love the leather sofa against the wall (great color). I would keep both white chairs in there and sell the black one.
Also, love the foxes!!!!
