The second hand machines might have issues but most (not all) allow a 24 hour return policy with receipt. There's also discounts offered on display models but you will need to ask. Good luck on your search 🌺 Ironically, my 12 year sewing machine search was for a 1947 Singer featherweight treadle.... My one stitch wonder... 💕💕💕 Take care and be safe 😷

I know you need to speed up in certain spots, but this one was done when I would have liked to see a bit better. We’re your zipper ends folded towards the lining or does it not really matter in the end? LOVELY work as always!!!
I discovered recently that you can slow the video down in the settings, gear icon, on the bottom of the video screen. It's been a game changer for me, to see certain details.

Can anyone tell me the sizes of the assorted quilt scraps? I have received the pdf of instructions and I am trying to figure out the video, but being a very basic quilter, I am stumped as to what the sizes are to be and they are not listed in the instructions, I get the lining, binding and foam stabilizer sizes, but not the material number of pieces or sizes. Thanks
Hi Mary, It’s scrappy quilt that I used scraps on my hands. Small strips are 1 1/2” wide and light color print on the right is approx 6” wide. It doesn’t have to be exact size as mine. My tip is cut dark color print small and light color prints bigger.

What kind or size of the needle used for the entire project? The thickness of the materials grew throughout the project but the machine keeps going.
