UPDATE this first part of the comment was in August 23 and 3 months later I did get one, now it's June 24 and I have to say It's the best Kayak I have owned.

I wouldn’t buy this for 2.3k id rathee buy a hardshell that doesn’t come apart. If it was cheaper would be great option.
