@@isabellin2213 when you're above a certain height compared to the ruin hunter it flies up, it's very annoying when using characters like kazuha and xiao who can get up to higher places with their skill/burst
It's not the height but a plunging attack that causes it to fly up, can be triggered by any character but easier to plunge attack with characters that fly up
@@safu3963 i just tested this, it is most definitely a height thing i went up to the hunter in yaoguang shoal and walked up to the cliff. it's so sensitive that even the increase in elevation caused it to fly up, i didn't even have to climb the cliff i got it to do this three times consistently, with the exact same reaction each time. also made sure it wasn't just distance by walking away from it and it just does it's dash attack to get closer, and also bringing it up to the cliff

@@rtxchimkin Nah, anyone who goes above a certain elevation will trigger the hunter and make it fly. It's easier to do with Kazuha, Xiao, Wanderer, Venti, Zhongli if you climb the pillar, etc.

Tyler, who used Kazuha on this domain is the reason why the ruin hunter flew up high making you unable to reach it. So what right does he have to mock other people, and is it right to mock at other people whatever they use. What if ganyu is the only one that person was able to build.

Especially when you consider that you have to aim extremely fast before it attacks you since the attacks it does in that form do a slight bit more damage and can take you to half health. Which if you get hit by multiple or caught inbetween 2 or more. You’re probably dead. Edit: your comment also doesn’t excuse the guys behavior at all either. If the issue is that player particularly then what right do they have to complain? For example if someone brings Ayaka to the domain with all cryo slimes and then immediately calls you bad or the whole co op garbage. Then what? You’re gonna say the others have to bring a c6 bennet or something to compensate for that persons Ayaka?
I know this isn't even that bad but I will NEVER forget that one person I joined in co op, I was like at ar 26 and they were at ar 16, even thought my ar was already low enough I really enjoyed helping ar 16 players. So I joined them and asked them if they needed any help, they said yes and they told me that they wanted to defeat the geovishap boss, I was fighting it alone while they weren't even helping and when I almost killed it I died and couldn't revive because I didn't have food. I apologized to them and told them to let me change my party members and try again but before they could even read my text they kicked me out of their world :D
how i sympathize with you. you meet a lot of people like that, but not all the time. you mostly meet them in co op domains. i could name a few reasons why i got kicked, honestly it's very funny though. one time (recently) i made a raiden, and scara joke... saying, "awww, how cute, mother, and son fighting in a team together." the host didn't find it funny as the host is raiden, and 2p is scara (they were nice, they put down a beido laughing sticker). next thing you know, the host kicks me out before the domain even starts *dead*

A few days ago I changed one of the artifacts on my Thoma. I love Thoma, I love using him. I decided to co op a domain to see if it made any big changes. I joined with Thoma and chose him and right after we get in someone’s like “great Thoma will be PERFECT for a freeze team” and then said “you should have known to not bring him” when they never mentioned they wanted a freeze team. They didn’t say anything, they didn’t ask me to change him. Like I fully would have changed him if they asked. Also they gave me like max 5 seconds to choose my character. It wasn’t even the world owner that was mad at me and it just made everything suck. I play this game for fun not to be bitched at because you can’t say accurately what you want before we start.
My first toxic experience was when I was hosting the Monstadt talent domain, I started lagging so bad that even the enemies weren't dying but I didn't realise it was affecting the whole teammates, as I tried to reconnect. That's when a Venti main cursed me saying "F*ck you Hu Tao" then left... I was left speechless and the person who had Ei stood shocked too but then everyone eventually left. After the incident, I never once hosted a domain co-op unless it was my close friends. Asia server btw
Lol I met an ayaka main C2 mistsplitter who died with 2 healers in raiden domain and can't even crit. She became super salty, blamed us and tried to teach us what chars to use cz she thought we relied on her lol we ignored her since we managed to win anyway with just kuki shinobu at the very end 😅
A lot of ayakas are built with 30-40% crit rate, some even less and that's cuz of the availability of cryo resonance and blizz 4 piece set providing more crit rate if certain conditions are met. Ofc, some like to play it safe and go for 50%+ crit rate or their rolls just turned out that way. I'm not familiar with kuki but from what I know, she doesn't heal unless you're within her e range. Without shield, it's not hard to die in a raiden domain and even less so if the other healer relies on their burst to heal. However, that doesn't justify the mentioned ayaka main becoming salty and blaming others, especially if she died cuz she herself couldnt dodge. Sometimes, it's just sad that some players enter coop but then not adjust to the team.
Bro! This happen to me last week! Me (using kuki) and a Jean were the only ones that survived, the Ayaka and other dps (don't remember what char) both died TWICE and then got upset that we didn't made pass 1 or 2k since we both were only heal built xD
my only toxic encounter was with a hu tao main. my name is diona (like the little bartender), hence why i started playing. the hu tao joined in to bitch at me that my name was fake bc they’ve never heard it before, only diana. i told them it’s quite a common name, just not to one specific area and they told me i was a “manipilative lore” and dipped
My personal experience with a toxic player is when I was still a low AR and had like 4 star artifacts and a compound bow on my at the time new Venti. I was aware of how to build him but that's what I had at the time. Another player wanted me to join their world to help out a little and I joined (they were an even lower AR for some context). After a while an Ayato joins and we head off to fight the cryo regisvine and the Ayato just goes "Your Venti is trash. Fix your Venti" ...bro. I would if I could lol. They kept telling me that I should fix my Venti and I just decided to excuse myself and leave the player's world before that escalated further. People need to chill a little. It's just a game Edit: Mom I'm famous! But seriously people can be a bit too intense sometimes though they are rare. I don't associate people with the characters they play. To me, it's a bit silly to hate on a fictional character that they just happened to use. Just decided to add this here so all the Ayato mains don't feel the need to apologize 😅
my first bad experience in asia server was the same but on my new c1 childe, since i dont have enough time to level childe bow the dmg is kinda bad basically the same thing by insulting my dmg
Idk what it is with people and Venti honestly. I have Venti on both my main and alt account, and on my main he’s built properly and is even c2… but for my alt I wanted to use different characters, so even when I accidentally got him I never used or built him. Then one time in coop on the alt account, I brought out Venti just to use his skill to help everyone out with some climbing. One person could not get over how Venti has only level 20 and I should **really** build him. Even after I explained my reasoning they just kept going on and on until I left 🙄
Just a few tips... For this domain, Amber is one of the best characters to use especially in coop mode. She actually really cheap to build. Give her a decent Wanderer set and a Slingshot (preferably R5) and she's good to go even at C0. She can easily bring down the Ruin Hunter by shooting it's weak spot plus only 2 charged aimed shots should take down those cyro shields in a jiff. Additionally, Baron Bunny is useful to distract the mobs so they won't be hitting the team as often. BTW, she's also a very good choice to use in the new Scramouche boss fight. As an interesting aside, I did take my Noelle for several coop rounds in the Heart of Depth domain; another player used his/her Amber. I can't remember what the other two players were using except that they chose 5 stars and one of them was extremely toxic especially vs the Amber player. Well guess what, for the 3 runs that we did, only Amber and Noelle finished the other two died really fast all three times. So, if you see someone pull out an Amber or a Noelle, just keep quiet... especially if someone has a C6 Amber who basically is a pyro Ganyu...
@@ranputeras596 If you either keep your distance (ie. Amber/Yanfei/Yoimiya) and/or shield your units, the debuff can practically be ignored. You can even safely run Hu Tao in this domain without issue - in fact, she's a darn good partner for Amber in this domain. Shield them and you can easily finish this domain in about 60 seconds.

So, I’m an AR 59 Albedo main. I tend to co-op a lot and this is on the NA server. Pretty much everyone I run into is either quiet or really kind and helpful. However, i’ve had a few bad co-ops. One was when I joined a Kokomi main’s world and I helped them for three hours straight, helping them grind for Shenhe. Right near the end of the co-op, I had asked them if they needed anymore help? They stood there for about a minute and suddenly called me trash and kicked me out before I could even respond. I was honestly more surprised than anything
Wtf that's so stupid. Especially since you helped them FOR THREE HOURS. As a low AR player myself, I always try to be kind to the people who are hard carrying me 💀

I co-op for childe domain and this person was a hutao main which they mentioned they didn’t like healing. We had 3 healers (bennett, Barbara and diona) supporting the hutao, Bennett died before phase 2 started and the hutao started complaining why the bennett didn’t dodge. Phase 3 Bennett didn’t finish loading and they die, hutao charged in and die because they didn’t except the heals, Barbara also died and I was left with diona. Hutao was like “why didn’t you heal me? Are you stupid” something like that.
you simply ignore the hutao's request. keep her hp at 50%, no more so she doesn't die but also be able to do damage and if there is a complaint just say ''if you die you won't be able to help us''
I would've just been like "ok if you die then you die" or just kicked them out (or left if I wasn't the host) bc someone saying they don't like heals is a very big red flag for me and makes me 70% sure they're toxic af once they die
I remember this so vividly, it was during 3.4 phase 1 I was doing the lantern rite quest. I had just gotten xiao so my little bubbly heart was thumping, during a cut scene someone requested to join my world, me who was super sweet I usually denied a few of them because it’s just people coming to farm on my materials, take my stuff and never really say thanks after. But that day I was feeling nice. So I accepted them waited to greet them (those cut scenes rlly outta ruin my chances at fighting mfs. But I prevailed, after I was bombarded with rude comments about how “I ship childe and zhongli.” (Context, I had “be the childe to my zhongli”) on my bio I was tryna catch a wallet ngl 😭😭😭 but this girl full on went ape shii crazy and called me a shipper and how nobody cares of what I do and so on and so on. I was so flabbergasted that I only typed “???” But I couldn’t say anything else bc they left probably because they knew how embarrassing it is, I declined them at first but they kept requesting I should’ve known they were up to no good. But please y’all. Don’t be fucked up to people reguardless of how you see things maybe have a light heart conversation and maybe ask them if they mean it in a shipping way. I know people can ship whoever they want I’m not against it but don’t ruin someone’s day but making them feel terrible about how they like their characters.

im an albedo main (which is completely unrelated but its kinda funny) and there was this one weird zhongli main who kept flirting with the host cause they were a childe main then they found out host was taken and started to flirt w/ me instead, when i didnt flirt back they deadass said "i hate you thats why no one loves you" i was like ok??? this is not even a dating sim dont flirt with random people unless you've got like 100% rizz or something or just dont flirt at all....
It kind of remind me of my FIRST coop experience. For context, I just discovered that I was cheated on. My friend asked if I wanted to play with her to forget about it and let me borrow her second account AR 16(I didn't have my own, and she had several). I was playing Kokomi and Kaeya and my friend was playing Raiden and Kokomi. My friend forgot to turn down the 'everyone can come', and a Diluc comes into the world (my friend decides to take only Raiden and leave me with Kokomi and Kaeya). They immediatly start with "I was frozen the moment I saw you". I didn't know the elemental reaction so I asked why. They explains and I think that's the end of the flirting. We continue playing without a problem until my friend has to go AFK for a while. "Are you a cryo? Because you make me melt." "No need to be a Hydro to make me wet for you." "What's the hold-up baby? I can vaporize your doubt". Due to the context of _why_ I was playing the game, I didn't feel comfortable at all especially at the last one. I didn't go into detail, just your generic 'It isn't your fault, but due to recent bad experience, I do not feel comfortable with flirting'. They instantly left without saying goodbye...

Since some people are sharing their most toxic... I'll share my wholesome co op to hopefully lighten the mood up a little lol! I had matched with a full co op server and we did the spire of solitary enlightenment a couple a times! No one argued, and the team was amazing! Then,there were the little bouncy mushrooms so we bounced around and talked. After that,everyone left! Not all co ops are toxic. This experience makes me have faith in people ♡

I was diona and when I was the only one left alive the other cheered for me. 💖💖 If I remember correctly I died in the end but after that we tried until we won. I think we all had bow characters when we did it and then we decided to go and do other weekly bosses with only bow characters and I think we even Explored the hosts world a little after that! ❤

I had an experience where someone asked if we wanted to be all hydro characters but they spelt it hydo, so now everyone in that co-op with me are all friends and we are now the "hydo baddies" Lol
A lot of people i've had in co-op were super nice, and i'm truly grateful for all of their help both when I started to even now. I've met a lot of interesting travelers from all over the world. The worst i've had though was a Zhongli Main that came into my world and started heavily flirting with me and kept pressuring me to do a sexual roleplay with them. I've stated several times that I didn't want to do that and eventually kicked them out. Even after they kept trying to persist but I ignored them till eventually I haven't heard from them again. This experience made me refuse to do co-op for the longest time. Although now I've started opening up to co-op again I will never forget that experience.
I might be one of the rarest players who does co-op all the time but never had toxic player 🤔 i think everybody should just use char they main or like the most...
co op almost everyday and same.. asia serv had some of the sweetest and funniest people I ever met. Sorry for all these people who had to deal with this toxicity tbh
Imagine using Ganyu in a domain with cryo abyss mages and enemies buffed with cryo aura. Also that Kazuha was a big reason why the team lost. As soon as he uses his elemental skill, the ruin hunter goes flying mode and no one can damage it. PSA: To anyone who wants to play co-op: Always bring Bennett. It's impossible to lose with him. Buffer, healer, damage and pyro application/infusion if you C6 him.
I had this experience while in a coop, I met these two sweet Japanese people in Asia server. We were just chilling and chatting until someone requested to join. I accepted their request then the 3 of us greet that person. Then this guy just teleported to Liyue harbor and walk to the fishing spot there without greeting us back. I didn't mind it though, I just asked him if he needs fish but he ignored me and continue on going to another fishing spot. then I decided to help him with fishing by telling him some other locations. I even go to that location but he still ignored me. I started getting annoyed and messaged him in a sarcastic way like "are you fishing? without even asking me? or greeting us?" then he just leftT-T its okay for me if someone take all of my fish or other mats (since im already done with raiden's 4 star wep). I was just sad by him ignoring me while i was just trying to show some kindness to another troubled player because of the catchT-T
Darn they should at least say a Thank you before leaving. I had nearly the same experience just not the same ending. That one person also fished in my world and when I asked them "Fishing for the Catch for Raiden?" They ignored me and didn't respond with anything. I was mining crystal chunks anyway so I didn't say anything else and mind my own business. They fished for a while and then said "Thank you. I no good English" and then left. So I think those who come in silently and left are someone who can't speak English. I have all my mats ready anyway. So there's no need for me to hoard those materials. I let everyone in and take what they need while I do my daily farming of ores and woods.

I tried once when I got Tighnari. When the host said "Let's do our best!" I brought him into Raiden domain and he was lvl 1😂 Everyone was laughing though I'm glad they didn't kicked me out in a rage. The only good thing is I've mastered Raiden's attacks so I never got hit once. I would be long dead if I even got hit once in there XD. I've become a good friend with that host now. They already got used to my randomness 😂
"Toxic" players are fun, even the ones I can't *reason* against. A lot of my own friends are way worse than anything I've seen from the different videos in this genre, and they're *relentless*. After long enough, it stops hurting your feelings and you start laughing about it. That's usually around the time they move on.
Yeah, I agree, friends can be worse I remember a friend making a big deal because I didn't want to farm fishes for successes cause I found that boring. Straight up told me to fish,even tough I clearly said I didn't want to. On the other hand, you can predict how toxic people in this game will act and all. Plus, you can always kick them out if you're the host and don't have to feel bad about it contrary to friends.
I don't co-op much so I didn't run into any toxic players but I really wanna tell ppl about the best co-op experience I had with random people. Well idk if it really counts since we were playing windtrace but still. I joined when there was only 1 minute left until windtrace ended. The hunter said "free round" so we all came out of our hiding spot. It was me (chongyun), eula, ayato, and collei. Collei was wandering around and me eula and ayato sat down on a bench and just started chatting. We called ourselves the blue gang cus we all had blue hair and stuff. We told collei to come but she didn't idk why 💀 but it was the most wholesome co-op experience i've ever had and I will never forget it :)
If they think they are so good then why do the domains in coop???? Because whenever I want to get something seriously I always do it alone, only do coop when I want to play together and have some fun. So when I see someone got angry over something like this, got me dumbfounded? Speechless? Shake my head??? (Not that I manage to build my characters, but everything in Genshin is manageable alone)
Once in a coop, I was teamed up with some lower AR players (I’m ar 59 but was 58 back then) and I like helping lower lvl players, so I didn’t mind having to do most of the damage. We cued up and one of the players, player 3, wanted to play their lvl 80 Anemo Traveler. I was playing lvl 90 nahida, player 1 was playing Xingqiu. Player 2 was AR 45 and was bringing their lvl 60 kaeya(This was the electro slime and electro cicin mages, and for those who don’t know bringing a cryo character causes dmg to your character.) and I usually don’t say anything to people who want to bring cryo characters unless they die bc sometimes it’s a physical build and sometimes it’s fine to bring cryos if there’s a healer. anyway they immediately ask why player 3 was bringing traveler, saying the traveler sucks. They said, bro why are you using traveler? Stop. So player 3 changes to a healer, barbara We get into the domain and player 2 dies pretty much immediately. They started complaining in disbelief how they could die. Me and the other players finish the domain,and then I typed in the chat that player 3 can play whoever they want. And that cryo kills you in the domain. They responded, how am I supposed to know that?! I’m still new so….And I told them to read the notice at the beginning. They switched to playing lvl 60 tighnari for the rest, and kept dying, even with our healer. They then asked, ‘are you happy now?’ ….. like, they kept dying and bringing lvl 60 characters had the audacity to tell other people who were Bringing built characters not to play them…
I remember someone who brought a level 60 heizou into a level 90 domain, badly built (bro had prototype amber on ;-;) and told me i was trash for taking so much damage. I was maining hu tao.
As Heizou main, i'm so sorry on that person behalf. I guess he or she just jealous because Heizou supposed to op even on low lvl and seeing someone can do much better maybe made him insecure :/
My "worst" co-op experiences are just plain funny in hindsight lol. First was somebody telling me to die bc my username is Aether, second was somebody joining to ask who my bias was in K-pop and MCR then getting frustrated when I told them I didn't listen to either
My worst experience was getting told to kill myself by two young girls because I was bringing a lvl 80 into a lvl 90 domain (it was azhdahas domain) and then proceeded to say the lvl 70 koko the 3rd person was bringing was fine because she was a healer 💀
how to deal with toxic players on coop? don't ever react, just keep your calm and let your results do the talking. eventually, you have a high chance of earning their respect. cheers and have fun.

It wasn't anything major, but this was like 2 or 1 weeks after the raiden boss was released. Since I like fighting Raiden, I had around 50 clears. As I mained both Keqing and Raiden back then, I brought my Keqing. But these 2 people kept denying the use of Keqing saying Raiden is immune to electro. If they knew the fight, they would know electro works just fine. I kept saying she wasn't, but they weren't having it. I really wanted them to die just to carry with keqing. I was willing to not set up the shield for the 1shot attack, but I was always targeted because I did the most dmg. It was really annoying.
i mean, you can use the character you want, point out your argument of why as well if you need to. although keep in mind one thing, a lot of bosses have some kind of strong counter if you attack them with their element, just try it with childe by using hydro or electro and you'll see
I just won’t do co-op unless it’s with friends. I’m just way too cautious and tbh I don’t really want my whole mood to be thrown off just because a player takes the game too seriously.

I actually met mine today! ahaha, in the raiden domain. the host didn't like that i chose kokomi, and said that it was bad, and that it was a hard lvl. 3p defended me saying kokomi is a great healer, and before i could exit and leave, the host kicked me smh

I think they dont like that kokomi's skill heals one spot only. Probably forgot her ult exists or they can stop attacking for 5 seconds to search for the jellyfish 🤦♀️

We weren’t even in the domain yet, I was planning to switch characters I just happen to be her when I joined but decided to stay as her. I just ignored the comment and they shut up. On a more positive note the best random co op I’ve experienced! It was around the holidays I had to do Childe boss only one player got matched, which I prefer so we can both be two characters. After we finished they asked if I needed help with anything else and I said azdaha pls I don’t have a good shield, they said they didn’t either but we could try! lol so we just went in with our best healers and dps. They had ayaka and Kokomi and I had Childe and Benny. I don’t even know if that’s a good team but not only did we stay alive, we finished the fight the fastest I’ve ever done before. They were just as confused as to how that happened lol then they said right when we beat the boss WAP started playing and it’s not even on their playlist lmao they said happy holidays and left 🥲
This is not really toxic but I will never forget that time I was at the minimum ar for getting a five star artifacts for my Qiqi (clam set) and I was using my 2 piece vv 2 piece gladiator set. Some random person I cooped in for the domain said “why do you do physical xiao?” And left before I could explain the only four star polearms I had were the dragon’s bane (useless on xiao unless you want to do em xiao for the memes), a level 40 favonious lance, and a level 80 dragonspine spear. At that time zig was the chasm update but I didn’t farm the domain because I already had some overpowered artifacts on my Xiao (also had Ayaka but she sucked) so I didn’t see why I needed to grind 90 more hours and waste +5000 resin in that domain for artifacts. We were in the minimum rank so I said “so do you if you are also only the lowest rank.”
-when my kazuha build got judged by two players who were looking through my profile and being shooked i didn't even have set bonus on him -someone got very defensive when i wrote "poor chongyun" bcuz they thought i was sh-ting on their build -getting kicked out of coop bcuz i wanted to bring Dori -recent one a few days ago when got yelled by an OP Yelan for being slow and "hurry up bcuz we're trying to clear the domain within 45secs" (i was lagging af)
1 month ago i tried to help other players for fun then i joined a newbies world just doing their commissions after completing the commissions they told me I'm trash and im useless while i deal more damage then them and carried them like. Their ar 29 and i was 50 I'm not gonna do co-op ever again
Yeah, happened once. One Tighnari main was saying that I am healing "incorrectly". And started insulting me. Although he himself was pretty useless at that point. That's the reason why I mostly coop with friends :)

In all fairness, watching you guys use Ganyu charge shots against a cryo abyss mage... and using Raiden normal attacks... I'm not saying he wasn't extremely rude about it, but why?
i could understand ganyu not being able to do that much damage to shields of her same element, but raiden had the limitation of the domain effect increasing the cooldown time on moves. sometimes i have to deal with pyro abyss mages with my amber and i have no other choice but throw a bunny and start using normals to slowly break the shield in co op
I'd like to share my part of the co-op experience, it wasn't exactly toxic or anything - it was just weird when I thought about it: I remember helping my low AR friend who just got into genshin with a venti account. We were going around and killing bosses when this player joined in and started following us around to help us with various stuff, then I started asking whether they came from XYZ country or not. This dude just started switching characters and weapons constantly then left the world. We were confused as to why they did this. There's this thing in my place where high AR players usually join lower AR's then ask them if they can help with anything. After a while they'd start asking if they could farm materials, if the ither player says no then they'd leave. I guess the guy back then was just trying to do the same.
Lmao was that me? I did that today. I joined a coop w two people (tho usually i just join in those asking for help in signature) and the first thing they ask me was where im from, after me being real quiet lmao.. Course i did answer and follow them around for a while to help
oh, i remember XD i took Lisa in Mond weapon domain with a bunch of hydro slimes. she had EM build back then (it was 2. something so pure EM builds were rare. i did it for oceanid purposes) and she hit 8k from electro-charge. one person in coop started to tell me to switch Lisa bc she's a bad character and bc I'm gonna die (??). i said that she's well built for this domain, they said "let's see" Lisa did great, they actually died and started to spam that she's still bad somehow and their Lisa can only do 20 dmg. mine was lvl 81 btw... even with pure em build and no crits she still did 200 without reaction. ig they just used Lisa the last time on AR 5 or smth :( also i have a physical dps Kaeya, ngl, i invested much in him so i fully trust him it was the hydro Mond weapon materials domain (yep, again from the same domain!). actually, he's the perfect character there since he doesn't rely on his E or ult which is on CD here sooooo. i chose him in coop and someone started to tell me (not the host) to switch Kaeya bc *drums* he's a starter character and he can't deal dmg and who tf uses him anyway when we have aYaKa (i don't have Ayaka ://) that Ayaka actually died before mages phase ┐( ∵ )┌ NA server btw. but that's a really old stories of mine. nowadays i mostly meet very cheerful and supportive people. one used Hutao with 2* artis 0 lvl on AR 54, haha, we just accepted it, joked a lil bit but no one told them to get out or anything
Fr people underestimate the starter characters. I also have Lisa and Kaeya fully built. Lisa does 17k on skill hold and Kaeya does 45k on his skill. It might take some time, but they sure are strong. Proud Kaeya main here.

@@DaNoobrobloxNoobIsBest okay, here's my build weapon: aquila lvl 90 (prototype rancour actually works not that much worse, i used it before i got aquila) artifacts: 4 piece gladiator. atk / phys bonus / crit (in my case crit dmg) /probably 4pc glad isn't the best choice overall. but for me it was since i have an okay physical cup from it. i don't think additional physical damage would be good but 2*2 atk and atk may work better if crits r good/ overall stats: lvl 81, 2284 atk, 43/159 crits, 133 er, 99 physical bonus talents: 10 (it was 9 when i originally wrote that comment, not much of a difference) - 8 (11 bc c3) - 7 hope it'll help!
Lisa and Kaeya are the most dmg dealers you can get for free. I started playing on a new account and main Kaeya and Lisa in there. They're both doing around 2~4k per E/hold E at lvl 60. That's quite a huge dmg for a normal AR35 tbh. Lisa has Twin Nephrite and Kaeya has Cool steel. I might need to invest more if I want more dmg but I decided I'll just play it casual unlike my main. I have them both on 2p Glad 2p Wanderer set (that I got from bosses). Since I've never farmed artifacts in there XD
I haven't had a toxic interaction in genshin because I don't co-op much but there was this person I co-oped with and did a domain together early AR. My game crashed and it took me like 10 minutes to get back in but thankfully they were still there and I explained it to them and we continued. I panicked so hard though lol. What if they thought I kicked them out?? I would feel horrible that I made them feel bad.
If itll make you feel better, if theyre still there, theyre not kicked out, and might just see you idle..or invisible, in which case they understood you were disconnected
My first toxic Coop was when I was ar 40-48 and I had just pulled kokomi, I was doing a domain for kokomis talent books and a Yae main joined, died multiple times and blamed it on me being a bad healer, and I said, maybe your builds are horrible and you can't do damage they left
I once had a player in co-op, i don't know if they really classify as toxic or not. We were doing domain run, i think it was for someone's talents, and one of the player kept leaving the domain (let's call them player A). My guess is they were not aware that we can restart the domain from within after a run. So this other player (player B) got annoyed by that, they asked player A why they are leaving the domain again and again, they didn't receive any reply from player A, maybe player A didn't know English. We did another run of the domain and Player A left domain again, and then player B went ballistic, accusing player A of wasting everyone's time as stuff. I can understand why player B was annoyed, but i think it was a bit excessive to yell at someone in co-op for something like that.
My worst co-op experience was when the chasm came out and i was forming the domain there. At ine point i entered a world where i landed right in front of the canon in the mines and got instantly blown up[K.Od] and then kicked out. Im still traumatized and i still want vengance. When i entered the next world another player had come from that world too and had the same fate as I 💀
My first toxic experience was when I was at 35 and a Xiangling main wanted to showcase their Xiangling, they told me that my only good character was Sucrose so I had to use Sucrose, I said no she’s not the only good character I have and then they started calling me stuff like useless because and all because my sucrose was lv50 and unbuilt since I never use to use sucrose so I ended up just kicking with them after they shames that it was my fault she didn’t crit or smtg.
I remember when I first did co-op I was like AR 30 or something, a higher AR person joined to help me and started insulting me for not being able to defeat the boss (constantly dying in the battle). Now I’m Ar 57 and join lower Ar players to help them defeat stuff and give them tips on how to build character’s. Insulting strangers is rude, hurtful and honestly quite petty, whether it be in game or in real life (especially if the person you insult has social anxiety like me and switched to homeschooling just because they can’t be around people.) No one deserves to be insulted just because they don’t know how to build their characters to perfection. If you get so mad by what strangers can’t or can do it’s best you keep to yourself in game, or in real life that way you can complete things quicker without being mad at strangers in the process.

My most toxic co-op experience it's when I wanted to use my Raiden in liyue talent book domain and the host also wanted to use Raiden, at that moment Raiden was my only bulid character and others wasn't really lvled up so I couldn't really change, instead of asking me or anything like that the host kicked me out of the group and went to the domain without me, I was so shocked I just stood in there world feeling speechless lmao
My first toxic experience was when i went to someone else's world to help them explore, and then two other players joined and they just kept trolling and making it impossible to communicate. Eventually they curse me out and the host in polish and then both left. (European server)
i coopd the scara weekly boss domain and someone brought nahida and told me to swap my yoimiya bc they said it would mess w their bloom but i didnt, then the nahida ended up dying in both phases and called me a dumb b*tch bc i survived the whole fight and carried bc the other 2 ppl were kokomi and zhongli lol
That nahida main was obviously super toxic but I just want to point out that since she's usually built for a lot of em, you bringing pyro could've caused her to accidentally self burn to death, especially in the 1st phase
Oh, I've had a few. Not in chronological order: 1. Someone came into my world and wanted to fight bosses. They wouldn't use anyone except Kokomi and asked why I hadn't built my Alhaitham yet. I have a pretty hefty character collection and was trying to focus on building Scaramouche so I'd left 'Haith at L60, mostly unbuilt. I said I was focusing on Scaramouche and they just said 'no, you're gonna build Alhaitham.' We ran the boss twice and when I told them I hadn't realized you could do the same boss twice so close together they went 'bro are you stupid' and left my world. 2. Running domains in co-op and the host kept yelling at me to use Albedo. They were mistaking me for another player who'd used Albedo then left. I told them twice it wasn't me and it wasn't until someone else chimed in and told them (a third time) that I wasn't the player with Albedo that they stopped, we ran one more domain, then they kicked me. 3. I've had multiple players spawn into my world and just send random insults then immediately exit. Honestly some of them have just been funny. Like one minute you're running around a cartoon world killing angry mushrooms and the next someone does the equivalent of a drive-by callout. 'All Diluc mains cry during s3x' was probably my favorite. 4. Not necessarily toxic, just plain lazy, but a lot of the time people ask me to fight bosses together and then they either stand off out of range and watch or they do the literal bare minimum and complain it took so long afterward. One person literally dipped to start farming resources and just kept asking if I'd killed it yet every few seconds.
This domain was very nostalgic. I used to play this domain just to hear zhonglis voice from all the zhongli havers. Those days when i didnt understand how to play the game lmao. Met so many toxic people in the process
Glad I never had to coop when I was low AR thanks to my friends and bf helping me out everytime. Now I'm ar 59 with solid characters and I always help ppl out for fun and I rarely met rude ones, but some ppl got nerves fr

I just wanna be chill and have fun, and play with friends if they’re also on and want/need help with getting stuff from bosses, domains or just exploration. My toxic experience was related to a scammer. Asia server, it's my alt (my main is Europe), I'm playing, someone with the name Aether and Aether pfp sends a request, I let them in. They talk in a friendly manner, ask if I'm f2p or not, and I was completely f2p back then so I said that. Then they said they were a whale who gave out BP for F2P players, and asked me if I wanted it. I said how it was kind of them but googled the uid immediately and found out that they were a scammer. Remember that it's possible to get someone welkin just from the UID but it's impossible to get a BP unless you have access to the account!
Other than the Tyler situation, I couldn't help but ask what your Noelle build is. Just curious cause she was one of the characters I used to swap through my main dps amber because I liked using both of them but I couldn't really build Noelle as much as I built Amber
I'm ar 58 and the only toxic co op experience I had was a zhongli main that got mad beacuse I was loading very slowly this was on Eu server but still other than that co op on genshin was very good for me
It does not "need" pyro, in fact the best dps choice for that domain is electro, Thanks to the domains passive that inflicts a ( quite high ) damage to your character everytime you trigger melt, specially when you enter the Lv 90 domain
my worst was being locked out of the arena in the domain bc i was using my anemo traveler as a main dps… (this was on my alt acc and she was built decently for what AR i was at and they were still rude about it 🙃)
Bruh it's so annoying when people are like "don't use this character, use that". One example of this was when I went to do the Raiden weekly boss domain in co-op, I was using Collei but I wanted to switch to Dendro traveler bc I like playing sword characters more and I had just built my Lumine pretty well. Well one player was immediately like "no, switch back to collei". I didn't respond or switch back to Collei and luckily they didn't flame me for it which I'm really glad they were at least respectful of my choice. But it's like,, please let people play what character THEY want to use. It's their choice, not yours.
I only had like 3 toxic experiences, my first one was back 2.0 when I was farming ayaka talent mats and someone said my ayaka dmg is trash, I was about to say something but they left the world
When i just got my zhongli at lvl 70 at c0 only, (in ar 40 only) one time at domain co op. One of my matched co op who had xiao, said “bye bye c0 zhongli weak” something like that. i was just about to reply thats its okay im still building him, hoping to get gis c6 soon and so on. But before i sent it he left us whil fighting in the domain.
Enemy: Cryo Shield Ganyu: Pew pew 🏹 🐐 Sorry I'm not trying to be toxic but that Ganyu player is indeed dumb and maybe her build is also still incomplete... But Tyler is at fault too... He is weak too and I can see he is just a trash talker... Anyway good luck to that Ganyu player. Hope he gets better soon.
Sharing my toxic player moment yesterday. It was cathartic. Man was an AR50 meta player who entered my friend’s world (AR32) while I was helping her. I’m AR58 and he called my Ayaka stupid after we did the pyro flower, he entered while we were still beating out the corolla and he helped by using his Yelan (ngl his Yelan great for lvl80). He said I’m AR58 and still so weak. We went to the Cryo flower next and I took out Cyno. My friend wanted me to show what Ayaka, Cyno, Xiao and Alhaitham cuz those are some of the characters she wants. He went and took out Hu Tao, I let him take care of the corolla. After that, I did Cyno’s burst and oneshotted the thing. Man called me a showoff and my friend had to say I was there to show Cyno’s potential and that what I did was fine. I was laughing at that point. We went to the geovishap next and I used Xiao, he called me a cheater and other colorful words after seeing my 40k per plunge damage (no buffs or con, just a mid Vermillion set and Blackcliff pole). He demanded to check my build and I was honestly pissed and amused at the same time, so I did. He did one last “**** you” before leaving the world.
The toxic side of co-op is a reason why I soloed things. Never really needed co-op since albedo and Noelle carried me in mostly everything, my two other units not being in much use unless it's that burst of Dmg or if it's geo traveler and ningguang.
[Asia ser] I always get kicked out after i helped them, dont know why, i mean can i at least have "a smiling/waving/byebye sticker?" (They were still online after they kicked me, so it wasnt the wifi problem) One time, i brought my Albedo in to help one guy (AR40), he immediately said Albedo is too weak, should not exist in genshin, i was trying my best to keep my cool (cuz im maining Albedo), and ask them which character can i play to help you? (lolol) he said Zhongli or Raiden which i both dont have, then they leave a "what a useless being" just before they kicked me. From then, i never played coop with low AR anymore. That case scars me til today
That’s the worst! I’m a Venti main, and I’ve been told so many times that Venti isn’t good against the boss, even though I’ve gotten really good at placing my ult where I want, and I can consistently hit 22k on my E and 39k on my hold. I wish those types of people could understand that any character in genshin is viable if they’re built correctly.

@@isabellin2213 when you're above a certain height compared to the ruin hunter it flies up, it's very annoying when using characters like kazuha and xiao who can get up to higher places with their skill/burst
It's not the height but a plunging attack that causes it to fly up, can be triggered by any character but easier to plunge attack with characters that fly up

i went up to the hunter in yaoguang shoal and walked up to the cliff. it's so sensitive that even the increase in elevation caused it to fly up, i didn't even have to climb the cliff
i got it to do this three times consistently, with the exact same reaction each time. also made sure it wasn't just distance by walking away from it and it just does it's dash attack to get closer, and also bringing it up to the cliff

@@rtxchimkin Nah, anyone who goes above a certain elevation will trigger the hunter and make it fly. It's easier to do with Kazuha, Xiao, Wanderer, Venti, Zhongli if you climb the pillar, etc.

@@monotoolo be fair, if the guy didn’t use kazuha or didn’t E. There would be no need to bring the ruin guard down in the first place. Especially when you consider that you have to aim extremely fast before it attacks you since the attacks it does in that form do a slight bit more damage and can take you to half health. Which if you get hit by multiple or caught inbetween 2 or more. You’re probably dead.
Edit: your comment also doesn’t excuse the guys behavior at all either. If the issue is that player particularly then what right do they have to complain? For example if someone brings Ayaka to the domain with all cryo slimes and then immediately calls you bad or the whole co op garbage. Then what? You’re gonna say the others have to bring a c6 bennet or something to compensate for that persons Ayaka?

I know this isn't even that bad but I will NEVER forget that one person I joined in co op, I was like at ar 26 and they were at ar 16, even thought my ar was already low enough I really enjoyed helping ar 16 players. So I joined them and asked them if they needed any help, they said yes and they told me that they wanted to defeat the geovishap boss, I was fighting it alone while they weren't even helping and when I almost killed it I died and couldn't revive because I didn't have food. I apologized to them and told them to let me change my party members and try again but before they could even read my text they kicked me out of their world :D
how i sympathize with you. you meet a lot of people like that, but not all the time. you mostly meet them in co op domains. i could name a few reasons why i got kicked, honestly it's very funny though. one time (recently) i made a raiden, and scara joke... saying, "awww, how cute, mother, and son fighting in a team together." the host didn't find it funny as the host is raiden, and 2p is scara (they were nice, they put down a beido laughing sticker). next thing you know, the host kicks me out before the domain even starts *dead*

A few days ago I changed one of the artifacts on my Thoma. I love Thoma, I love using him. I decided to co op a domain to see if it made any big changes. I joined with Thoma and chose him and right after we get in someone’s like “great Thoma will be PERFECT for a freeze team” and then said “you should have known to not bring him” when they never mentioned they wanted a freeze team. They didn’t say anything, they didn’t ask me to change him. Like I fully would have changed him if they asked. Also they gave me like max 5 seconds to choose my character. It wasn’t even the world owner that was mad at me and it just made everything suck. I play this game for fun not to be bitched at because you can’t say accurately what you want before we start.

A lot of ayakas are built with 30-40% crit rate, some even less and that's cuz of the availability of cryo resonance and blizz 4 piece set providing more crit rate if certain conditions are met. Ofc, some like to play it safe and go for 50%+ crit rate or their rolls just turned out that way. I'm not familiar with kuki but from what I know, she doesn't heal unless you're within her e range. Without shield, it's not hard to die in a raiden domain and even less so if the other healer relies on their burst to heal. However, that doesn't justify the mentioned ayaka main becoming salty and blaming others, especially if she died cuz she herself couldnt dodge. Sometimes, it's just sad that some players enter coop but then not adjust to the team.
Bro! This happen to me last week! Me (using kuki) and a Jean were the only ones that survived, the Ayaka and other dps (don't remember what char) both died TWICE and then got upset that we didn't made pass 1 or 2k since we both were only heal built xD
my only toxic encounter was with a hu tao main. my name is diona (like the little bartender), hence why i started playing. the hu tao joined in to bitch at me that my name was fake bc they’ve never heard it before, only diana. i told them it’s quite a common name, just not to one specific area and they told me i was a “manipilative lore” and dipped

My personal experience with a toxic player is when I was still a low AR and had like 4 star artifacts and a compound bow on my at the time new Venti. I was aware of how to build him but that's what I had at the time. Another player wanted me to join their world to help out a little and I joined (they were an even lower AR for some context). After a while an Ayato joins and we head off to fight the cryo regisvine and the Ayato just goes "Your Venti is trash. Fix your Venti" ...bro. I would if I could lol. Idk what it is with people and Venti honestly. I have Venti on both my main and alt account, and on my main he’s built properly and is even c2… but for my alt I wanted to use different characters, so even when I accidentally got him I never used or built him.
Then one time in coop on the alt account, I brought out Venti just to use his skill to help everyone out with some climbing. One person could not get over how Venti has only level 20 and I should **really** build him. Even after I explained my reasoning they just kept going on and on until I left 🙄

Just a few tips...
For this domain, Amber is one of the best characters to use especially in coop mode. She actually really cheap to build. Give her a decent Wanderer set and a Slingshot (preferably R5) and she's good to go even at C0. She can easily bring down the Ruin Hunter by shooting it's weak spot plus only 2 charged aimed shots should take down those cyro shields in a jiff. Additionally, Baron Bunny is useful to distract the mobs so they won't be hitting the team as often. BTW, she's also a very good choice to use in the new Scramouche boss fight.
As an interesting aside, I did take my Noelle for several coop rounds in the Heart of Depth domain; another player used his/her Amber. I can't remember what the other two players were using except that they chose 5 stars and one of them was extremely toxic especially vs the Amber player. Well guess what, for the 3 runs that we did, only Amber and Noelle finished the other two died really fast all three times. So, if you see someone pull out an Amber or a Noelle, just keep quiet... especially if someone has a C6 Amber who basically is a pyro Ganyu...

@@ranputeras596 If you either keep your distance (ie. Amber/Yanfei/Yoimiya) and/or shield your units, the debuff can practically be ignored. You can even safely run Hu Tao in this domain without issue - in fact, she's a darn good partner for Amber in this domain. Shield them and you can easily finish this domain in about 60 seconds.

So, I’m an AR 59 Albedo main. I tend to co-op a lot and this is on the NA server. Pretty much everyone I run into is either quiet or really kind and helpful. However, i’ve had a few bad co-ops.
One was when I joined a Kokomi main’s world and I helped them for three hours straight, helping them grind for Shenhe. Right near the end of the co-op, I had asked them if they needed anymore help? They stood there for about a minute and suddenly called me trash and kicked me out before I could even respond. I was honestly more surprised than anything
And yet they needed your help for 3 hours, guess they're worse than trash then 💅
Just think of it this way. They probably need to take out the trash since their mom called them to do housework instead of playing game all day. 😂

I co-op for childe domain and this person was a hutao main which they mentioned they didn’t like healing. We had 3 healers (bennett, Barbara and diona) supporting the hutao, Bennett died before phase 2 started and the hutao started complaining why the bennett didn’t dodge. Phase 3 Bennett didn’t finish loading and they die, hutao charged in and die because they didn’t except the heals, Barbara also died and I was left with diona. Hutao was like “why didn’t you heal me? Are you stupid” something like that.
you simply ignore the hutao's request. keep her hp at 50%, no more so she doesn't die but also be able to do damage and if there is a complaint just say ''if you die you won't be able to help us''

I remember this so vividly, it was during 3.4 phase 1 I was doing the lantern rite quest. I had just gotten xiao so my little bubbly heart was thumping, during a cut scene someone requested to join my world, me who was super sweet I usually denied a few of them because it’s just people coming to farm on my materials, take my stuff and never really say thanks after. But that day I was feeling nice. So I accepted them waited to greet them (those cut scenes rlly outta ruin my chances at fighting mfs. But I prevailed, after I was bombarded with rude comments about how “I ship childe and zhongli.” (Context, I had “be the childe to my zhongli”) on my bio I was tryna catch a wallet ngl 😭😭😭 but this girl full on went ape shii crazy and called me a shipper and how nobody cares of what I do and so on and so on. I was so flabbergasted that I only typed “???” But I couldn’t say anything else bc they left probably because they knew how embarrassing it is, I declined them at first but they kept requesting I should’ve known they were up to no good. But please y’all. Don’t be fucked up to people reguardless of how you see things maybe have a light heart conversation and maybe ask them if they mean it in a shipping way. I know people can ship whoever they want I’m not against it but don’t ruin someone’s day but making them feel terrible about how they like their characters.

For context, I just discovered that I was cheated on. My friend asked if I wanted to play with her to forget about it and let me borrow her second account AR 16(I didn't have my own, and she had several). I was playing Kokomi and Kaeya and my friend was playing Raiden and Kokomi.
My friend forgot to turn down the 'everyone can come', and a Diluc comes into the world (my friend decides to take only Raiden and leave me with Kokomi and Kaeya). They immediatly start with "I was frozen the moment I saw you". I didn't know the elemental reaction so I asked why. They explains and I think that's the end of the flirting. We continue playing without a problem until my friend has to go AFK for a while.
"Are you a cryo? Because you make me melt." "No need to be a Hydro to make me wet for you." "What's the hold-up baby? I can vaporize your doubt".
Due to the context of _why_ I was playing the game, I didn't feel comfortable at all especially at the last one. I didn't go into detail, just your generic 'It isn't your fault, but due to recent bad experience, I do not feel comfortable with flirting'.
They instantly left without saying goodbye...

I went on co-op to fight Zhonglis toad dragons or what the name was. I was diona and when I was the only one left alive the other cheered for me. 💖💖 If I remember correctly I died in the end but after that we tried until we won. I think we all had bow characters when we did it and then we decided to go and do other weekly bosses with only bow characters and I think we even Explored the hosts world a little after that! ❤

A lot of people i've had in co-op were super nice, and i'm truly grateful for all of their help both when I started to even now. I've met a lot of interesting travelers from all over the world.
The worst i've had though was a Zhongli Main that came into my world and started heavily flirting with me and kept pressuring me to do a sexual roleplay with them. I've stated several times that I didn't want to do that and eventually kicked them out. Even after they kept trying to persist but I ignored them till eventually I haven't heard from them again. This experience made me refuse to do co-op for the longest time. Although now I've started opening up to co-op again I will never forget that experience.
Pls if that happens again to you or someone you k ow I would advise you to not only kick but report as well

Imagine using Ganyu in a domain with cryo abyss mages and enemies buffed with cryo aura. Also that Kazuha was a big reason why the team lost. As soon as he uses his elemental skill, the ruin hunter goes flying mode and no one can damage it.
PSA: To anyone who wants to play co-op: Always bring Bennett. It's impossible to lose with him. Buffer, healer, damage and pyro application/infusion if you C6 him.

I had this experience while in a coop, I met these two sweet Japanese people in Asia server. We were just chilling and chatting until someone requested to join. I accepted their request then the 3 of us greet that person. Then this guy just teleported to Liyue harbor and walk to the fishing spot there without greeting us back. I didn't mind it though, I just asked him if he needs fish but he ignored me and continue on going to another fishing spot. then I decided to help him with fishing by telling him some other locations. I even go to that location but he still ignored me. I started getting annoyed and messaged him in a sarcastic way like "are you fishing? without even asking me? or greeting us?" then he just leftT-T its okay for me if someone take all of my fish or other mats (since im already done with raiden's 4 star wep). I was just sad by him ignoring me while i was just trying to show some kindness to another troubled player because of the catchT-T
Darn they should at least say a Thank you before leaving. I had nearly the same experience just not the same ending. That one person also fished in my world and when I asked them "Fishing for the Catch for Raiden?" They ignored me and didn't respond with anything. I was mining crystal chunks anyway so I didn't say anything else and mind my own business. They fished for a while and then said "Thank you. I no good English" and then left. So I think those who come in silently and left are someone who can't speak English. I have all my mats ready anyway. So there's no need for me to hoard those materials. I let everyone in and take what they need while I do my daily farming of ores and woods.

I don't co-op much so I didn't run into any toxic players but I really wanna tell ppl about the best co-op experience I had with random people. Well idk if it really counts since we were playing windtrace but still. I joined when there was only 1 minute left until windtrace ended. The hunter said "free round" so we all came out of our hiding spot. It was me (chongyun), eula, ayato, and collei. Collei was wandering around and me eula and ayato sat down on a bench and just started chatting. We called ourselves the blue gang cus we all had blue hair and stuff. We told collei to come but she didn't idk why 💀 but it was the most wholesome co-op experience i've ever had and I will never forget it :)
If they think they are so good then why do the domains in coop???? Because whenever I want to get something seriously I always do it alone, only do coop when I want to play together and have some fun. So when I see someone got angry over something like this, got me dumbfounded? Speechless? Shake my head??? (Not that I manage to build my characters, but everything in Genshin is manageable alone)
Once in a coop, I was teamed up with some lower AR players (I’m ar 59 but was 58 back then) and I like helping lower lvl players, so I didn’t mind having to do most of the damage.
We cued up and one of the players, player 3, wanted to play their lvl 80 Anemo Traveler. I was playing lvl 90 nahida, player 1 was playing Xingqiu. Player 2 was AR 45 and was bringing their lvl 60 kaeya(This was the electro slime and electro cicin mages, and for those who don’t know bringing a cryo character causes dmg to your character.) and I usually don’t say anything to people who want to bring cryo characters unless they die bc sometimes it’s a physical build and sometimes it’s fine to bring cryos if there’s a healer. anyway they immediately ask why player 3 was bringing traveler, saying the traveler sucks. They said, bro why are you using traveler? Stop.

We get into the domain and player 2 dies pretty much immediately. They started complaining in disbelief how they could die. It wasn't anything major, but this was like 2 or 1 weeks after the raiden boss was released. Since I like fighting Raiden, I had around 50 clears. As I mained both Keqing and Raiden back then, I brought my Keqing. But these 2 people kept denying the use of Keqing saying Raiden is immune to electro. If they knew the fight, they would know electro works just fine. I kept saying she wasn't, but they weren't having it. I really wanted them to die just to carry with keqing. I was willing to not set up the shield for the 1shot attack, but I was always targeted because I did the most dmg. It was really annoying.
i mean, you can use the character you want, point out your argument of why as well if you need to. although keep in mind one thing, a lot of bosses have some kind of strong counter if you attack them with their element, just try it with childe by using hydro or electro and you'll see

I think the most toxic I’ve encountered was someone saying something about raiden being the worst. We weren’t even in the domain yet, I was planning to switch characters I just happen to be her when I joined but decided to stay as her. I just ignored the comment and they shut up.
On a more positive note the best random co op I’ve experienced! It was around the holidays I had to do Childe boss only one player got matched, which I prefer so we can both be two characters. After we finished they asked if I needed help with anything else and I said azdaha pls I don’t have a good shield, they said they didn’t either but we could try! lol so we just went in with our best healers and dps. They had ayaka and Kokomi and I had Childe and Benny. I don’t even know if that’s a good team but not only did we stay alive, we finished the fight the fastest I’ve ever done before. They were just as confused as to how that happened lol then they said right when we beat the boss WAP started playing and it’s not even on their playlist lmao they said happy holidays and left 🥲
This is not really toxic but I will never forget that time I was at the minimum ar for getting a five star artifacts for my Qiqi (clam set) and I was using my 2 piece vv 2 piece gladiator set. Some random person I cooped in for the domain said “why do you do physical xiao?” And left before I could explain the only four star polearms I had were the dragon’s bane (useless on xiao unless you want to do em xiao for the memes), a level 40 favonious lance, and a level 80 dragonspine spear. At that time zig was the chasm update but I didn’t farm the domain because I already had some overpowered artifacts on my Xiao (also had Ayaka but she sucked) so I didn’t see why I needed to grind 90 more hours and waste +5000 resin in that domain for artifacts. I forgot to mention that my Xiao did 20k skill damage and 40k burst plunge damage? HOW THE HECK IS THAT A PHYSICAL XIAO?
This is off topic but in league of legends when I first started playing it and doing ranked battles, some teamate banned my best character (that celestial dragon) and said “you suck Rakan” (character I was using). We were in the minimum rank so I said “so do you if you are also only the lowest rank.”

i could understand ganyu not being able to do that much damage to shields of her same element, but raiden had the limitation of the domain effect increasing the cooldown time on moves. sometimes i have to deal with pyro abyss mages with my amber and i have no other choice but throw a bunny and start using normals to slowly break the shield in co op
I'd like to share my part of the co-op experience, it wasn't exactly toxic or anything - it was just weird when I thought about it: I remember helping my low AR friend who just got into genshin with a venti account. We were going around and killing bosses when this player joined in and started following us around to help us with various stuff, then I started asking whether they came from XYZ country or not. This dude just started switching characters and weapons constantly then left the world. We were confused as to why they did this. There's this thing in my place where high AR players usually join lower AR's then ask them if they can help with anything. After a while they'd start asking if they could farm materials, if the ither player says no then they'd leave. I guess the guy back then was just trying to do the same.

i took Lisa in Mond weapon domain with a bunch of hydro slimes. she had EM build back then (it was 2. something so pure EM builds were rare. i did it for oceanid purposes) and she hit 8k from electro-charge. one person in coop started to tell me to switch Lisa bc she's a bad character and bc I'm gonna die (??). i said that she's well built for this domain, they said "let's see"
Lisa did great, they actually died and started to spam that she's still bad somehow and their Lisa can only do 20 dmg. mine was lvl 81 btw... even with pure em build and no crits she still did 200 without reaction. ig they just used Lisa the last time on AR 5 or smth :(
also i have a physical dps Kaeya, ngl, i invested much in him so i fully trust him
it was the hydro Mond weapon materials domain (yep, again from the same domain!). actually, he's the perfect character there since he doesn't rely on his E or ult which is on CD here
sooooo. i chose him in coop and someone started to tell me (not the host) to switch Kaeya bc *drums* he's a starter character and he can't deal dmg and who tf uses him anyway when we have aYaKa (i don't have Ayaka ://) that Ayaka actually died before mages phase ┐( ∵ )┌
NA server btw. but that's a really old stories of mine. nowadays i mostly meet very cheerful and supportive people. one used Hutao with 2* artis 0 lvl on AR 54, haha, we just accepted it, joked a lil bit but no one told them to get out or anything
Fr people underestimate the starter characters. I also have Lisa and Kaeya fully built. Lisa does 17k on skill hold and Kaeya does 45k on his skill. It might take some time, but they sure are strong. Proud Kaeya main here.
@@ilovekaeya yay, I'm a Kaeya main too /sometimes. mostly in abyss actually/. mine is physical dps and can do 11k without any buffs. got 20+k with buffs, hehe. still does nice from E and burst although he's not here for cryo dmg. building him was a spontaneous decision but definitely one of the best i made in Genshin XD /9-8-7 btw, planning to give him a crown or two/

weapon: aquila lvl 90 (prototype rancour actually works not that much worse, i used it before i got aquila)
artifacts: 4 piece gladiator. atk / phys bonus / crit (in my case crit dmg)
/probably 4pc glad isn't the best choice overall. but for me it was since i have an okay physical cup from it. i don't think additional physical damage would be good but 2*2 atk and atk may work better if crits r good/
overall stats: lvl 81, 2284 atk, 43/159 crits, 133 er, 99 physical bonus
talents: 10 (it was 9 when i originally wrote that comment, not much of a difference) - 8 (11 bc c3) - 7

Lisa and Kaeya are the most dmg dealers you can get for free. I started playing on a new account and main Kaeya and Lisa in there. They're both doing around 2~4k per E/hold E at lvl 60. That's quite a huge dmg for a normal AR35 tbh. Lisa has Twin Nephrite and Kaeya has Cool steel. I might need to invest more if I want more dmg but I decided I'll just play it casual unlike my main. I have them both on 2p Glad 2p Wanderer set (that I got from bosses). Since I've never farmed artifacts in there XD
I haven't had a toxic interaction in genshin because I don't co-op much but there was this person I co-oped with and did a domain together early AR. My game crashed and it took me like 10 minutes to get back in but thankfully they were still there and I explained it to them and we continued. I panicked so hard though lol. What if they thought I kicked them out?? I would feel horrible that I made them feel bad.
If itll make you feel better, if theyre still there, theyre not kicked out, and might just see you idle..or invisible, in which case they understood you were disconnected

My first toxic Coop was when I was ar 40-48 and I had just pulled kokomi, I was doing a domain for kokomis talent books and a Yae main joined, died multiple times and blamed it on me being a bad healer, and I said, maybe your builds are horrible and you can't do damage they left
I once had a player in co-op, i don't know if they really classify as toxic or not. We were doing domain run, i think it was for someone's talents, and one of the player kept leaving the domain (let's call them player A). My guess is they were not aware that we can restart the domain from within after a run. So this other player (player B) got annoyed by that, they asked player A why they are leaving the domain again and again, they didn't receive any reply from player A, maybe player A didn't know English. We did another run of the domain and Player A left domain again, and then player B went ballistic, accusing player A of wasting everyone's time as stuff. I can understand why player B was annoyed, but i think it was a bit excessive to yell at someone in co-op for something like that.
My worst co-op experience was when the chasm came out and i was forming the domain there. At ine point i entered a world where i landed right in front of the canon in the mines and got instantly blown up[K.Od] and then kicked out. Im still traumatized and i still want vengance.
When i entered the next world another player had come from that world too and had the same fate as I 💀
My first toxic experience was when I was at 35 and a Xiangling main wanted to showcase their Xiangling, they told me that my only good character was Sucrose so I had to use Sucrose, I said no she’s not the only good character I have and then they started calling me stuff like useless because and all because my sucrose was lv50 and unbuilt since I never use to use sucrose so I ended up just kicking with them after they shames that it was my fault she didn’t crit or smtg.
I remember when I first did co-op I was like AR 30 or something, a higher AR person joined to help me and started insulting me for not being able to defeat the boss (constantly dying in the battle).
Now I’m Ar 57 and join lower Ar players to help them defeat stuff and give them tips on how to build character’s. Insulting strangers is rude, hurtful and honestly quite petty, whether it be in game or in real life (especially if the person you insult has social anxiety like me and switched to homeschooling just because they can’t be around people.) No one deserves to be insulted just because they don’t know how to build their characters to perfection. If you get so mad by what strangers can’t or can do it’s best you keep to yourself in game, or in real life that way you can complete things quicker without being mad at strangers in the process.
It's okay, my friend of anxiety lmao. I have crippling anxiety too, and am homeschooled myself. Bad social interactions make me want to crawl under a rock and just nap.

My most toxic co-op experience it's when I wanted to use my Raiden in liyue talent book domain and the host also wanted to use Raiden, at that moment Raiden was my only bulid character and others wasn't really lvled up so I couldn't really change, instead of asking me or anything like that the host kicked me out of the group and went to the domain without me, I was so shocked I just stood in there world feeling speechless lmao
My first toxic experience was when i went to someone else's world to help them explore, and then two other players joined and they just kept trolling and making it impossible to communicate. Eventually they curse me out and the host in polish and then both left. (European server)
i coopd the scara weekly boss domain and someone brought nahida and told me to swap my yoimiya bc they said it would mess w their bloom but i didnt, then the nahida ended up dying in both phases and called me a dumb b*tch bc i survived the whole fight and carried bc the other 2 ppl were kokomi and zhongli lol

That nahida main was obviously super toxic but I just want to point out that since she's usually built for a lot of em, you bringing pyro could've caused her to accidentally self burn to death, especially in the 1st phase
Oh, I've had a few. Not in chronological order:
1. Someone came into my world and wanted to fight bosses. They wouldn't use anyone except Kokomi and asked why I hadn't built my Alhaitham yet. I have a pretty hefty character collection and was trying to focus on building Scaramouche so I'd left 'Haith at L60, mostly unbuilt. I said I was focusing on Scaramouche and they just said 'no, you're gonna build Alhaitham.' We ran the boss twice and when I told them I hadn't realized you could do the same boss twice so close together they went 'bro are you stupid' and left my world.
2. Running domains in co-op and the host kept yelling at me to use Albedo. They were mistaking me for another player who'd used Albedo then left. I told them twice it wasn't me and it wasn't until someone else chimed in and told them (a third time) that I wasn't the player with Albedo that they stopped, we ran one more domain, then they kicked me.
3. I've had multiple players spawn into my world and just send random insults then immediately exit. Honestly some of them have just been funny. Like one minute you're running around a cartoon world killing angry mushrooms and the next someone does the equivalent of a drive-by callout. 'All Diluc mains cry during s3x' was probably my favorite.
4. Not necessarily toxic, just plain lazy, but a lot of the time people ask me to fight bosses together and then they either stand off out of range and watch or they do the literal bare minimum and complain it took so long afterward. One person literally dipped to start farming resources and just kept asking if I'd killed it yet every few seconds.
This domain was very nostalgic. I used to play this domain just to hear zhonglis voice from all the zhongli havers. Those days when i didnt understand how to play the game lmao. Met so many toxic people in the process

Ngl these kind of people are the reason why I refuse to accept co-op requests from strangers. I just wanna be chill and have fun, and play with friends if they’re also on and want/need help with getting stuff from bosses, domains or just exploration. Otherwise, if it wasn’t for the toxic players(or creepy ones… you know the ones) then I probably would’ve been much more open for just co-op time with others-
My toxic experience was related to a scammer. Asia server, it's my alt (my main is Europe), I'm playing, someone with the name Aether and Aether pfp sends a request, I let them in. They talk in a friendly manner, ask if I'm f2p or not, and I was completely f2p back then so I said that. Then they said they were a whale who gave out BP for F2P players, and asked me if I wanted it. I said how it was kind of them but googled the uid immediately and found out that they were a scammer. Remember that it's possible to get someone welkin just from the UID but it's impossible to get a BP unless you have access to the account!
Other than the Tyler situation, I couldn't help but ask what your Noelle build is. Just curious cause she was one of the characters I used to swap through my main dps amber because I liked using both of them but I couldn't really build Noelle as much as I built Amber
I'm ar 58 and the only toxic co op experience I had was a zhongli main that got mad beacuse I was loading very slowly this was on Eu server but still other than that co op on genshin was very good for me
they can literally do Sunfire kazuha cus that domain needs pyro ☠️
It does not "need" pyro, in fact the best dps choice for that domain is electro, Thanks to the domains passive that inflicts a ( quite high ) damage to your character everytime you trigger melt, specially when you enter the Lv 90 domain
Toxic players: don't bother opening your mouth if you have nothing nice/helpful to say

Bruh it's so annoying when people are like "don't use this character, use that". One example of this was when I went to do the Raiden weekly boss domain in co-op, I was using Collei but I wanted to switch to Dendro traveler bc I like playing sword characters more and I had just built my Lumine pretty well. Well one player was immediately like "no, switch back to collei". I didn't respond or switch back to Collei and luckily they didn't flame me for it which I'm really glad they were at least respectful of my choice. But it's like,, please let people play what character THEY want to use. It's their choice, not yours.
I only had like 3 toxic experiences, my first one was back 2.0 when I was farming ayaka talent mats and someone said my ayaka dmg is trash, I was about to say something but they left the world
When i just got my zhongli at lvl 70 at c0 only, (in ar 40 only) one time at domain co op. One of my matched co op who had xiao, said “bye bye c0 zhongli weak” something like that. i was just about to reply thats its okay im still building him, hoping to get gis c6 soon and so on. But before i sent it he left us whil fighting in the domain.

Sharing my toxic player moment yesterday. It was cathartic.
Man was an AR50 meta player who entered my friend’s world (AR32) while I was helping her. I’m AR58 and he called my Ayaka stupid after we did the pyro flower, he entered while we were still beating out the corolla and he helped by using his Yelan (ngl his Yelan great for lvl80). He said I’m AR58 and still so weak. We went to the Cryo flower next and I took out Cyno. My friend wanted me to show what Ayaka, Cyno, Xiao and Alhaitham cuz those are some of the characters she wants.
He went and took out Hu Tao, I let him take care of the corolla. After that, I did Cyno’s burst and oneshotted the thing. Man called me a showoff and my friend had to say I was there to show Cyno’s potential and that what I did was fine. I was laughing at that point. We went to the geovishap next and I used Xiao, he called me a cheater and other colorful words after seeing my 40k per plunge damage (no buffs or con, just a mid Vermillion set and Blackcliff pole). He demanded to check my build and I was honestly pissed and amused at the same time, so I did. He did one last “**** you” before leaving the world.

The toxic side of co-op is a reason why I soloed things. Never really needed co-op since albedo and Noelle carried me in mostly everything, my two other units not being in much use unless it's that burst of Dmg or if it's geo traveler and ningguang.
I looked down, looked up and saw raiden gone with the word down, it really can happen that quickly out of the blue..

I always get kicked out after i helped them, dont know why, i mean can i at least have "a smiling/waving/byebye sticker?" (They were still online after they kicked me, so it wasnt the wifi problem)
One time, i brought my Albedo in to help one guy (AR40), he immediately said Albedo is too weak, should not exist in genshin, i was trying my best to keep my cool (cuz im maining Albedo), and ask them which character can i play to help you? (lolol) he said Zhongli or Raiden which i both dont have, then they leave a "what a useless being" just before they kicked me. From then, i never played coop with low AR anymore. That case scars me til today
That’s the worst! I’m a Venti main, and I’ve been told so many times that Venti isn’t good against the boss, even though I’ve gotten really good at placing my ult where I want, and I can consistently hit 22k on my E and 39k on my hold. I wish those types of people could understand that any character in genshin is viable if they’re built correctly.
