RECIPE: Buns with cream cheese.
185 ml warm milk.
1 large chicken egg (55 g).

Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add 40g softened butter.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Use a glove.
The dough doesn't stick to your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Dust the dough with flour.
Fold the dough like I did.
The dough has become smooth.

Put the cheese and sugar in the fridge.
This depends on the choice of cream cheese.
I left it at room temperature.
My filling is thick.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Press the dough down with your hands.
Divide the dough into 10 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Put the filling on the dough.
Fold the dough.
Seal the edges of the dough.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Make 4 slits in the dough.
Seal the edges of the dough.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the rolls in a baking dish.
The size of my mold is 27*23 cm.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the buns in a warm place for 35-40 minutes.
The buns should fill the entire volume of the mold.
Beat 1 chicken egg.

Brush the rolls with a mixture of chicken egg and milk.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

Очень усложнила.Можно просто раскатать большой пласт,начинку аыложить, скатать, выложить на лист и потом сделать разрезы, Всё.Дать выстояться намазать яйцом и выпекать.,а не мудрить,иначе тесто перестоит,если делать так..долго.😅
В рулетиках края защипаны, а из разрезанных начинка будет вытекать.

Смотрела внимательно от и до, трюка так и не увидела. Тесто действительно хорошее, но в чём заключается ,,трюк,,? Зачем так глупо называть видео? Назвали бы просто, вкусное пышное тесто для булочек и не надо выдумывать всякие трюки.
