Boy do I know this feeling. 27 years ago I had the same situation without FaceTime, etc. This video made me instantly cry. It’s so hard BUT it is 27 years later and I’m married to the same guy (25yrs this year) with 3 wonderful children. I wish you both well. I love watching your adventures and love story. ❤

You two make a great couple, just remember how much you both love each other and it's hard for the both of you to be apart. But both of you will get thru it together and when you get to see each other enjoy every moment of it. Do waste time being mad at each other for little things be happy just talking to each other, and being together. Just make a point of sitting down and hand writing him letters everyday. I know that when my love one was in basic training for the military I wrote him a letter each day and mail a new letter everyday that way he would have a hand written letter, phone call and a video chat to know how much I love him and missed him. Kinda like you are sharing feelings in a daily journal.

벌써 몇년이 흐른듯. 왜? 내 나이때의 거의 모든 사람들은 아침에 일어나면 한것 없지만 자고있네요. 그만큼 정말 시간이 쏜살이 아닌 빛처럼 지나갑니다. 두분 나이때는 시간이 지독히도 안갔었는데. 벌써 20년이 훌쩍 지났네요. 벤공항서 헤어진 내사랑. 이젠 소식도 몰라요. 탐문하면 찾겠지만 사업 실패로 삶이 아직도 막막. 공항에서의 그사람의 뒷모습. 내 잘못이겠지요.
부디 두사람은 내가 아니시기를. 서로의 얼굴에서 주름이 깊어가도록 사랑하시기를 여성의 용기도 중요하지만 남성의 결단력도 중요합니다. 믿음은 이유가 없습니다. 사랑도그렇지요. 시간이 지나면 사랑은 조금씩 무뎌지지만 그 사랑을 비틸수 있는것은 두사람의 믿음과 그 믿음의 반석인 신념과 약속입니다. 부디 나와같은 후회의 삶 보다는 지지고 볶는 두사람의 한이불이기를 소원해봅니다.

poor Jen I am so sorry for you, in my youlth i also had long distance relationship from France to Italy before we only had train and no means, no mobile phones it was coins in cabins brought by kilos, we couldn't resist ... my advice is that you make a decision because this boy and you have to stick to a common project, big kisses from a mom in France
