Dear Madam Amanda,thank you so incredibly much for this so important topic and video! Very helpful. I think (only my personal humble opinion), that one of problem could be : a selfconfidence. And for example - a selfconfidence for people from the working class (or low social class). Sometimes people from the upper class ( or very rich people) are a hard ( or without a merciful) to a poor people.My humble opinion. Warm greetings from the Central Europe.
