This looks really useful. In your demo the user has to enter their name in the form. Does it also populate the 'created by' column with the current user?
Based on my testing at this time you cannot prepopulate replies on these forms. I would imagine that this feature will be coming soon since it was recently added to Microsoft Forms
The data submitted via the form automatically gets saved in the list. If your question is pertaining to the scenario where you would like a user who submitted the form to be able to access their submission and update it without having to access the list, unfortunately that isn't possible with this Feature yet.

I found that for each person using the form, only a one time use is possible, multiple entries are not possible? Id didn't find the usual forms checkmark "one answer per person" here, it seems thats the problem
These new 'forms' are actually list views repurposed as forms. You can decode the base64 values in the URL to a 'new' form and they are the list ID and the view ID.
The main two problems that they present is that they do not allow you to use all of the fields that you may have added, and they're really hard to embed into a SharePoint page for a nice looking experience. You cannot (for example) use them with lookup columns, plus the infrastructure gets really picky when your site has slightly complex permissions settings. You can still fashion a link to them, though, using the process that I mentioned in my other comment. :-)

Attachments do not appear to be supported at this time.

Correct, at this time you can only share the form for one-time submission and not updating previous submissions.

What happens with Conditional settings integration eg Show /hide fields as we're in original Form?
Based on my testing you cannot apply conditional formatting to these forms yet like you can with the new item form

Excellent tips. Re the comment of complex permissions these forms do not require that explicit access be granted to the list.
Awesome, now they need to let people edit those items or at least view them for this to be a really nice cheap workflow tool
