I like that the house is Tuscan inspired even as it's been modernised. Appears to have been an easy renovation since you have stayed with the original concept and you have retained most original features. Some renovations of old stone buildings are completely gutted and innovative. That is smart. But I feel that when a building is comfortable with it's roots and heritage, it is also comfortable with you in it. And it forgives your flaws such as disorganisation and untidiness. And it becomes conducive to the creative temperament. This is a charming unpretentious property.
Quite nice and with the property overlooking young olive groves. Although I am not so keen on kitchen workspace in a living room area since cooking odours cause the soft furnishings to smell. However it is clever how the kitchen workspace has been designed to actually save space.
