My comment was meant to highlight the fact that in many videos of high-cost properties, bathrooms and kitchens are not shown, because in many cases, they have not been updated to modern standards. Or a video will show a spacious kitchen with walls of cabinets, but no dishwasher(s), and only a fleeting glance at a mini-refrigerator.

Please take my criticism to learn from it. Upon entering this Grand Manor you notice all the detail that has gone into it. Such craftsmanship cannot be duplicated today. Notice the magnificent staircase to your right ascending to this beautiful fresco ceiling, and as we stroll down the entrance way we come upon. A beautiful Grand salon. With a one-of-a-kind unique piece of furniture that can never be replicated again. Notice the beautiful detailing and the carb marble fireplace, and the hands stenciled beams on the ceiling,, as we leave this one of kind room we will enter into another beautiful area of the villa,,
Ps it's not about being control of the situation when you are selling the house yes it is in a way that you must control the way you present it,. You are talking about a time when they built these villas as a statement of power yes the way you are presenting it sounds so horrible. Please watch your peers and learn how to do it the right way thank you
I feel your frustration in viewing this presentation. Although this gentleman's intentions are well, speaking is not his forte'. He is a very handsome host, but unfortunately, the opening shot was so void of any lighting, I could not see him. Not good when you want to make a first impression as the selling agent. Also, his speech pattern was so broken, slow and filled with "ughs" and "ahs" I also felt as if I might slash my wrists, or go insane from the agony of waiting for him to finish. I mean no ill intent here. I simply believe it is in his best interest not to present this kind of property without careful and precise guidance in how to do so. Of course, the refinement of speaking being the first approach in his education. You mentioned other key details to presentation which would be of great benefit to him. Palazzo is in when a mansion is inside of the city center, villa when it's in the countryside.
