Well, fluke belly is illegal by us now. I've been on a bunch of charters where that is all they use. Not sure if it is legal for charter boats to use the fluke belly.
Memories of going fluking out of Atlantic Highlands will my pops and brother (RIP) for 1/2 day and then hitting snapper blues off the dock behind petes on the bay. Thanks for the thoughts of happy times.
