I'm also a real estate sellee for safety yes to camella pero for your kids mukhang mas okay humanap ng lot at magpatayo freya is 5.9m mahigit kapag pre selling di pa kasama mga gamit so what more kung rfo na look for a bigger lot na magagawa ng mga bata lahat ng gusto nila and may mas malaki kayong space maybe for extension ng bahay pag lumaki na mga anak niyo peeo opinion ko lan yun mommy and daddy kayo pa din magdedecide para sa bahay ninyo. It’s better to buy a property lot then build your own house you like!!! Just my own opinion builder house there not strong and won’t last long because they use cheap materials to build the house then they sale the house to expensive!!! At least if you built your own style house and you know all the materials is good for life time!
Builder homes usually use dry woods rather than cement. But I do agree, but it sometimes is good to buy a house that’s been modernized or all fixed. Because renovating a kitchen usually cost $10-30k and that’s only for the kitchen. Imagine the tiles, the walls, the bathrooms.. getting the water going, the electricity. Buy a land for $100-200k then build a house that will most likely cost you another $100-200k. Its still a lot more expenses compared to buying a lot that’s already there. But then again, I agree... when you build your home, its the home that you want 👍
But remember, this is inside a respected well kmown subdivision, provided 24/7 services like security, waste disposal services, maintenance, wide roadways, swimming pool, gymn, etc

But of course if you want bigger space more money you have to pay. In my opinion that 1st house is small for your family. Brian i think you will be a good agent for Camella Homes. It’s a nice model home with an open floor plan. The Jack n Jill bathroom between the two rooms & the loft are also nice. They need to put the mirrors in the bathroom over the sink up higher or you’ll have problems if repairs are needed to be done. Hope you find the house that fits your family. It may be this one.☝🏼
I think they need a place in a more rural setting for their large family with a acre for their kids. In a close quarter subdivision is not gonna be enough space.But the wild kids will drive the neighbors nuts.

What's wrong with maid's room. Ikaw utak third world, dinamay mo pa buong pilipinas. There's no such thing as maid' room in America because maids/helpers don't live with them. Even rich people. Only Filipinos treat their maids/helpers/nanny as family and we should be proud of it to the point that we provide them their own room, eat with the family together, go on vacation with the family. That will never happen here in the US. Americans don't even offer shelter to their own kins even if they're homeless.
workers are paid hourly in the west and can enjoy a good rest with privacy in their own homes after 8 hours of full time work. In Philippines a live in maid is 24 hours on call with no days off. That is what I call abuse.
I can say that is a nice house if every room is bigger. The way they beautify the lawn is really good. Oh and the way they put the bathrooms sinks and medicine cabinets is not right.
I have seen Greta, although it is bigger but I like the layout of Freya more than Greta...it will be perfect for your family and your kids can have one room each giving them privacy when they reach their teenage years. Go for Freya...i wana buy one through Jodalyn but the unit must be right next beside yours so that we will be neighbours hahaha

Thats a Nice house. If theres a sta lucia subdivision there, check them out. They are also a gated subdivision, and they offer lot only. For 120 sqmtr i will build a 3 stories house, and expenses estimatedly only same price as that preya but bigger probably nicer. But again, thats me :)

Pretty nice house guys. The bedroom designs are nice, especially that bunk bed room. I agree tho the sinks are way low not designed for anyone above 5 feet hahaha. Whatever you guys decide to get Im sure it will be great for your family. Side note: that transition sound was super loud compared to the volume of the video hahaha scared me the first time hahaha. Sa play nadedevelope imagination mga bata... Kaya advice ko hanap sa forsale houses or yon nasubasta.. Konti nalang irenovate sa loob pa ng guarded community... Mura pa..
