@The Mythology did you think before you click? Because as far as I know, it is not customary in American to take off one's shoes when visiting a friend's home or etc. And we Filipinos do that it's part of our tradition. And I m pertaining to brain as I've said that he already adopt Filipinos gesture to someone's home. So why in the hell you are reacting since I'm not saying anything wrong when in fact it's a complement to brain for showing such respect.

Go for the house it's beautiful, colour not my fav, but it is nice and quiet.
At least the kids don't get stuck inside, they can play outside
And...they will get stuck inside once that pandemic hits many minths later
Congrats on your future plans guys. The place looks nice.
A few suggestions though:
1. I prefer checking properties during the rainy season specially right after a typhoon. Defects like flooding, leaks, poor plumbing and drainage become obvious during this time.
2. Small double decker bed for the kids make the rooms space efficient.
3. Consider the orientation of the house. There should be sufficient sun cover on the east and west side. I personally prefer North or South facing houses.

I think you need more bedrooms for the children. They're growing up and needs privacy in the later years. Beautiful house though👍🏼
I have 4 boys. We went from a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home to a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home. My children missed being in a small house where you bump into each other all the time. In our latest home for the last 16 years, they mainly stay in their own rooms & I communicate with them through the cell phone when it’s time to eat. Kinda pathetic if you think about it. At least, we still meet for meals.
@@acer7552 I was hooked on my Computer for along time so my parents would come to my cave and see me like a Zoo Acer so it's pretty normal with everyone addicted to all these gadgets and tech.

Brod the house is nice..but medyo maliit ang space....needs space for small gardens of flowers..small gardens etc...the children more grown up needs a bigger space only suggestion thanks

for as long as the place is quiet and peaceful like that its good to go. dont bring too much things inside the house
I think you should pick one with 5 bedroom the oldest can have her own room the younger girls can share one room and, the younger boys can share a room than the parents sleep in one room.
If you pick the big house and many room it's to much expensive
Opp... 5 bedroom house in the phil. or any countries is very expensive.they can accommodate the kids in that house through bunkbed.important is the location and safety in vironment.big houses also is expensive to maintain. The electricity bill is huge for a big house.

Find more bedrooms, and good big backyard. So you no need to worry bringing out the kids on busy days.

TheWinLlen that’s up to the fam I agree it has its benefits but I’m leaning to safety of a gated subdivision where my kids won’t be near a crazy highway road or random people coming down our neighborhood unchecked. So I will pay the 20-30 dollars a month for the association dues I think it’s worth it also small amenities on site.

That’s good Kathleen you are interested in 📚 reading books the more you read the more you learn. My daughter loves to read books. She started at a young age was always into books. She is in the 11th grade and is very good in writing. She always makes good grades.

Happy house hunting to you guys! It will be so nice for the kids to have safe and less noisy place to play and ride bikes. That’s so Awesome K loves to read! I made sure to show my 8yr old son how she wanted books instead of toys. He loved how she wanted to play games at dinner.🤣❤️

The one thing that worries me about some of these houses is the bars on the windows, even though I understand why they are there. I would be concerned that in the case of a house fire during the night they become a death trap; very difficult to open them and escape when the house is filled with smoke and everyone is in a panic. You would need a vacuation plan and a drill in that eventuality.

Yeah, it's a nice community and a good house if there are only 5-6 people in the family. But I believe in your size of family, you will need a bigger house. In a few years, the kids will be bigger people. If you can find a house bigger in the same area or just a lot and build your own house customized to your family, even better. You guys love having extended family over which is okay, of course, but that particular house won't be able to accommodate your loved ones who stay over. Good luck with your house hunting. God bless!
