Thank goodness you guys are staying in the philippines instead of the west.... trust me it is more fun in the philippines wether your poor or rich
if you can wait for a while maybe just buy a land then you can design the house according to your preference, and you can save. sometimes these houses that you just checked has substandard materials.... but if you are in a hurry, then probably look around for some other houses, maybe you will find the best one you really like. im sure there are other houses you can find.

In my opinion it’s better to buy a land and build a house with 5 big rooms because soon or later when the kids grown up they need more space. And you guys can do what ever you want.

I suggest to check options instead in a subdivision or you may try to buy a lot and build your own house. Para makapagawa kayo ng own rooms sa mga bata kasi eventually gusto din nila ng own room. then try checking pinterest for home magazines for interior and exterior designs. Ung 5-7m pesos nyo mas makakatipid pa kayo. Friendly advise lang po

Hi Abundia to tell you the truth we have a house picked out waiting to move in :) we wanted to go check some other ones out but we weren't impressed comparing to our favorite but still posted the videos =)
and of course we're going to promote her as an agent too so after her surgery she has lots of people asking for more info and to come see the houses.

You move the camera way too much, it gave me a headache 🤕, that’s weird that the master bedroom have very small balcony but the blue and green room have the biggest. Yeah! Don’t do that again please... don’t swing me to quick but all in all the tour was informative, thanks 🙏

Just a suggestion - buy your own piece of land at a prestigious subdivision wherein you can design according to what you want with sprawling lawn for your kids to play with plus a wall fence for security reasons.

I think it is better to build your own house. You can build it anyway u want and probably for less cost.

The house is not bad. You can make alterations as you wished like us. We added 2 hollow blocks to make the ceiling higher. We made the upstaris only 2 bedrooms instead of three and made the music room downstairs to a bigger bedroom. And that strange sinks, you can instruct them to make it higher as you wished, it may cost few pesos but your satisfaction.
The house looks good because it's just staged. In any of the developers, you'll only get basic standard finished, you still have a lot of upgrades and changes, it means a lot of money will also be spent... I'm speaking from my personal experience...Millions of money is spent to buy the whole house, but still, needs more millions to stage it. After everything is said and done, I should have bought a property lot then build my own...think so many times before engage to it...
Truth..ubos pera mo sa pag pagawa..ikaw mag pgawa ng cabinet,tiles at bawat pagawa mo may bond....its better to buy ur own lot and build ur own house na gusto mong design..#realtalk
Right it looks good it's a prototype or model design to choose kaya maganda pag pasok mo yung tipong ma convince ka na kumuha but in reality ang dami mo pa pagagawa. I had the same experience like this video in the end wala akong napili I end up buying a lot and build my own design a 2 storey (3 bedroom res.).

Yes Brian, look for a subdivision that sells property lot, your desired lot size, then build a gorgeous house suitable for your beautiful family...depending on the developers, they can let you choose from their own architectural designs.. That's what we have in mega Manila, I'm located in Cavite, Phils..
I’ve been watching their homes online and I think Greta is the biggest and I really like it.
If you will spend 5-7M for a house, buy a land and construct big house with big rooms. The size of the house is not worth it for 5-7M. Because it’s camella and the location is really nice. You pay for that as well. But really, space inside is really too small for its price.
All homes are small. Remember they’re built for smaller sizes on avg people than USA
i agree to some suggestions. You should buy a land first and then plan on what kind of house that you like.

This house is nice. I like this one than the other house.
I like Greta, its just the lay out in first floor ,it should be extended instead of having very small extra room so that it would look wide and of course gives space to place other stuff.
You can move your master bedroom in area you want it’s better in greta but the first room is ahead to master bedroom .. which is not good.. that’s why you can switch positions anyway
The house is actually nice ..maybe the room near kitchen was for maids rooms....its good it has a lot of cabinets...have a big garage...and you just need to fixed what ever you need to change...
People are drawn to this kind of houses mainly because they way it was presented. The place around it is really nice but practicality wise, İt is really not wise at all. For such a small area, it really cost a lot. Yeah, you are paying say 10,000 a month or so but because of the price itself, you would be paying mortgage for how long? Compare to buying an empty land and build your own and have the lay out they way you wanted it to be. It's more cheaper. I mean, this is the house you will be spending the rest of your life, so might as well, have it the way you want it rather than having it and live with the existed lay out that you find weird and doesn't work for you esp you have a big family. I saw your house before where you built your own kids beds. If that's your own land and you want it to make it as nice as what you can see there, you could hire an interior designer and slowly but surely, your house is way better than that house. Bottomline, if you are ready to spend that much money to pay for that kind of place, might as well, invest it to make your house way better than its already is. More power. ANd so you know, they look great now but give it another 5 years, you will see how all this paint deteriorate drastically inside and out. And as you can see on the big balcony how the floor looks like starting to build up mold. If you are worried where the kids can play and spend time, if you have money, you can make your top floor as one whole area for entertainment purposes only. You can build a small bahay kubo to be like a cottage area and buy a inflatable pool for kids and if they feel like biking around, you can just keep the pool out and they can use the rest of the space. Just an idea.

Im just imagining how their staging will be,,, lol,,, i love going to model homes here in the US,, then i was tempted on buying one because i fell in love with how the model home looked like,,, then when it was moving day,,, the day where I finally realized i didnt have the designer decors and furniture i was horrified hahaha
It is better to buy a lot and decide the house layout on your own that's what my parents did and it is worth the spend

This is just my opinion, its better if you buy your own lot and then hire an Architect for your dream house so that you guys can customize the rooms and spaces to your liking 😊

I agree Jodalyn they should move cr to maids room (prison cell😃) and extend the size of the kitchen as this is a show room it might be possible for them to make the alterations to the one you buy. Kitchen is definitely only for one person not big enough for a 3/5 bedroom house. I really like the rest of the house though. I would block the door onto main balcony in the kids room and extend the master bedroom balcony to join / create walkway into the main balcony.

Brian, They are called "upper cabinets" while the ones on the floor are "lower cabinets". These are the terms they use in North America! ;) Hopefully you'll find your new home soon! Happy Shopping! ;)

It's a U shape kitchen with a peninsula (counte in the middle), upper and lower cabinets. :-)

The big balcony I think is made like that cause if you have visitors and they want to hang out at the big balcony then they don’t have to access the masters bed room, which is for your privacy. .. just my opinion

it's nice but I think apart from a living room there should be a family room where kids can chill n relax. living room can be for guests n kept neat n tidy. the maids room can be used as ironing room or pantry or office area or storage. did not like extreme narrow space top of stairs..almost looks dangerous should be about 3 ft wide. bedrooms could have been bigger n balcony smaller.

No to ruin camellas reputation. But they have some troubles too.
Model house looks good. But based on our experience there houses are not good quality. Too summarized you will experience lots of problems after they have build th house.
I do recommend that you research and inquire first before making a decision.
But the best thing to do is buy a lot and make your own design under your supervision at least u will not regret according to your plans.

The Greta: PRO - very convenient places for time outs ^^ (under the stairway and the "cell" room!!)

CON - that very weird location of the sink, right under the cabinet! (only useable by kids!)
- CRs not that large.
- some finishing such as the lack of seal under the ac unit in the room (8:32) i know its a detail

Based on my experience. You can buy a lot for 800k-1M for almost 200sqm. You can spend 2-3m for building your own design house. Its way cheaper and practical . You just need to find a reliable and budget friendly people

Wow, those house looks dream to me but the developer, Camilia? How come their house wall looks so thin? And I saw a video the ph subdivision house building, they assembly the house like stick the walls together, it looks dangerous, you know sometimes small earthquake do happen in ph, and last but not least, their house quite expensive, I bet they selling more than 3M php.
