How to Use the Sulky Iron-On Heat Transfer Pen ⁇ EASY for Fabric Painting

Hello and welcome,
Today I will demonstrate how to use the Sulky Iron-On Heat Transfer Pens. This is a permanent ink pen used for TRANSFERING your design from regular computer paper or tracing paper or an image copy. You will ink your design first using the Sulky Heat Transfer Pen and second iron it on to your t-shirt, napkin, tablecloth or whatever you are working on. Once it is ironed on it is permanent so you can then paint the design or embroidery it. There will also be a very important tip in this video as well. I recommended using the sulky iron-on heat transfer pens. I have been using them for about 25 years in my painting classes and my painters absolutely love them. In my painting classes, we tried other ways of transfering our designs for the Cameo Ballpoint Fabric Painting, but the Sulky pens were always the customers first choice. Best pactice: always shake with cap on and press tip in on an angle when refreshing the pen to recieve more ink.

Hello Sharal,
Thank you for asking. I will be posting another video soon: the heat transfer pen verses the heat transfer pencil and I demonstrate how many more times the sulky pen beats out the heat transfer pencil.
But to answer your question you can safely get 3 nice dark ironing from one tracing with these sulky pens but I have been able to get 5 to 7 or more depending on how dark you make the first initial tracing and also I like to use regular computer paper the best if possible, tracing paper would be my second choice. Thank you!!
