Loufa is a type of squash (like zucchini) but they are best to eat when they are about 6" long. After that, they are dried out and used as a loufa in the shower or for small animals to chew on

Luffa is a member of the cucumber family so use them in recipes like cucumber folks. They can also be pickled to make a type of gherkin if picked early.
If you allow the full grown fruit to dry out you get that most useful item in the bathroom we all love.
    Cheers Eric

I guess the “prawn spring roll wrapped in steamed rice flour” should be “cheong fun,腸粉( Rice noodle rolls) “ , it’s one of popular dishes in dim sum too. The crispy part is same as you had in hot pot place : Chinese donuts. Normally in dim sum resto, they will have rice noodle rolls wrap either prawns or the Chinese donuts. After watching your video, I wanna try that combination too!!!!!

What can I say but this is beyond words. It has been a long time since I had amazing dim sum like this or any top-notch Chinese restaurant experience since I moved to Australia and I have not visited these sorts of restaurants in Asia when I went back to Asia. I definitely will have to save my money for this experience when I go to Taiwan. Thank you SO MUCH for this review ❤️😍😍😍
