Marcrest Bale Baron 5250T Mount Hanley Farms

Featured in this video is the first in Nova Scotia, Marcrest Manufacturing Inc. Bale Baron 5250T attached to a Massey Ferguson 1840 baler which individually wraps "32-37" bales before sending them to the Bale Baron, which can take a maximum of 21 standard size square bales and then compresses the bales into one large square bale. (4.5ft tall x 3ft wide x 7.5ft long) It then wraps the entire compressed bale and drops it out the back for easier pickup, transport, and storage.
The Bale Baron 5250T under the right conditions and with the right baler can process up to 1000 conventional size bales an hour and operates with your existing baler. The bales are then picked up with a tractor and special grapple to be loaded onto trucks for transport.
Also featured in this video was a John Deere 9500 Combine, multiple other tractors and implements along with a Case IH SB541 baler which throws the finished bales into a trailer for later offload.
